IN ADDITION TO DNC.GOV, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC, FORM 1088

We have received multiple telemarketing calls for the last 2 years from Joe & Teresa Baker. We are on the DNC list and have reported the calls multiple times to donotcall.gov, but the calls continue to assail our home. The most current call was received on 1/31/13 from 614-884-1109, instructing the victim to call 1-800-757-7801 for a get rich quick scheme...stating how blessed Joe and Teresa have been, no lotions, potions, pills, blah blah blah....

We are EXTREMELY frustrated that nothing has been done. Please, to all of you in the same circumstances, please file an additional complaint with ALL phone numbers you have been solicited with by the Bakers to the FCC. The appropriate complaint form with the FCC is Form 1088.

I've gotten the same phone calls. Reported it multiple times to DNC, they have done nothing. I have filed an additional complaint with the FCC.

Want me to be as blessed as Teresa and Joe (the woman talking and her husband) and earn from 500.00 to 1500.00 from the comfort of my home.  We are on the do not call list.  Why are they calling?

Joe and Teresa Baker==some weird scheme to 'gain 500-1500' daily... says it's not selling pills, etc, but what other pyramid thing doesn't sell 'something??  We're on do-not-call list, and I will file the complaint at the donotcall.gov site.  It's marketing, leaning towards scamming, either way.

Got a recorded message left on my answering machine from 'Theresa' who wants to bless me as she and her hubby Joe have been blessed. Not MLM, not selling pills, etc. Cash producing 1500 per day blah blah blah.

Said will not call again. Repeated the 800 number 1-800-868-7801 three or four times.

Caller ID said "Baker, Joseph" 614-670-5395

Can everyone PLEASE STOP stating "I'm on the do not call List"???  If you haven't figured it out by now the DNC list is a waste of time; a scam, another government flop. It doesn't work. They don't enforce it.  Why are you so worked up on this DNC list?  You guys act as if it's a bible of Phone numbers that are not to be violated!   Well guys, I gets violated every day, and the GOV does NOTHING to stop the violators.  So give it up.  It's worthless and it's just another way for the GOV to take your tax money and waste it.  They have more complaints than they have numbers on this DNC list.  When these people call don't say "I'm on the DNC list, please stop calling me." They just laugh at you.  Maybe you might want to say something like "You worthless piece of crap!  Stop calling me NOW. Or take up their time to make them think you are buying their crap and then say Oops! and hang up on them when they ask for a CC number.  Then you'll get off of their call list pretty quickly.  The key is to waste their time so they get frustrated and quit.  If everybody did this, there would not be such a heavy number of telemarketers trying to make a buck off of you.

See, here's the problem Theresa/Teresa (and Joe), you've called my house over 40 times in the last 2 months. I have EVERY call recorded on our answering machine with date/time stamps. Thought you were only going to call once? Lying skank!

Also, you shouldn't have been calling us in the first place, since we're on the DNC, as well as the fact that we have NO prior business history with your SCAM company.

Filing a formal complaint with the FCC/FTC, once again, regarding these VERY illegal robo-calls.

Guess it's time to report BOTH of your numbers directly to the FTC, the FCC, as well as to AT&T and the Columbus, Ohio's District Attorney's Office.

Automated calls are now considered to be a felony crime with stiff penalties and jail time, all across the entire USA, regardless of being on the DNC or not. Might want to check your facts first...

Thanks all for warning on this spam. I got a call today from Joe Baker. I had no idea what she was talking about. Because in order to make money you have to have money. I know that much from selling Mary Kay. I know now not to call the number.

Thanks for sharing this information with the internet community.  I am sure someone is making loads of Money from this scam, but not the idiots (or innocent participants) who get fooled into thinking it is a legitimate way to make money.  Shame on these scammers!

We got a call on Friday @ 5:25 PM from 800-868-7801 (Called ID displayed: 614-884-1553 Joseph Baker) with some kind of get-rich-quick scam.

We are the DO NOT CALL list - how are these telemarkets getting our numbers?

Got a call on my *cell phone* today -- complete blatant robo call from 614-884-1552. I am on the Do Not Call list. It was "Theresa" wanting to "bless me".

You have to listen to the entire message and then at the end, it says press 9 to be removed from their list. Unfortunately this isn't equivalent, as I understand it, to saying "add me to your do not call list". It just removes your number from that particular list, but that company still may have your number (which is now verified as working, and reaching a real person) on other lists.

All you people saying im on DNC im on DNC guess what while it may be a scam the recording never asked for money so by calling you they are not violating your DNC list. ALSO if you read the rules for the DNC list it says those COVERED BY DNC cant cll not every single one they dont know about all of them.  They can however ask for money later cause then you called them thats the point get you interested cause they dont say anything about money and then when you call they tell you. Sad thing is people actually listen to it and call. Just ignore the call and move on quit whinin about your DNC list.
