Initially they called acting like they were from Chase, than a couple of days later kept leaving messages that they were a collection agency from Macys and harrasing my family. What can we do about this?

this is an 800 number given out by the caller id # 727-556-5772. i got eight calls from them in the last couple of days, and i have received a few before that.
