This is from ERC, which is a collection agency

just called me, no voicemail

This number has been calling me about twice a day starting from about 8:30 AM until 9 at night.  The same recording, "Hello, this phone number is for Angelica Jaime..." has been made to my phone for over 3 years, yet it was previously from different phone numbers.  I believe it's the same business who has simply changed the phone number in order to avoid getting caught.  The recording goes on to say it's a credit collection agency, although I have good credit, owe  no one, and always pay my bills on time.  At first, being naive, I called the company and asked to be removed from their calling list.  They were very agreeable and apologetic.  The next day I began getting calls from them again, but they were asking for a name besides Angelica Jaime.  What a fool I was!  lol  I have since learned that people/businesses can make money by calling someone and selling their phone number.  If you answer the phone, they can sell your number for more money.  If you say anything at all, they can get even more money when selling your number because you "replied."  Another fact to remember is that the longer you stay on the phone, they can get even more money when selling your phone number.  The moral of this message is "Don't answer the phone."  That's the only way to get back at them.

Tired of getting calls from 1-800-875-5332 .  Please block them from calling me. I have straight talk. I never answer but occasionally they leave an automate d   message.

I don't owe anyone but this ERC co. at 800 875 5332 calls me 3 times a week when I call back they hang up on me.

This is a debt collection company. They have the wrong number as they are looking for a Michael. No way to get off their calling list. Annoying automated message.

I think these calls are generated from addresses.  I live with my sister in law and just started getting calls for her on my cell phone from this number.  The message said to delete if I wasn't the named person, but I just keep getting new messages.

I got a call and the message was left on my voice mail but i don't owe any one specialy with that company  which i am not sure what name they are going by but my bills have been getting taken care of   but i have had some that said i owed on some books from back in 2003 or 2004 that is over 7 years ago. Don't make since to me

they are calling asking for my brother n law........so needless to say its his fault for using my number and they told me theyd take my number off the list but they have called three times in the last two months..the first two times they asked for my brother-n-law ,, this last time they asked for HIS sister that i haven't seen in years and barely know. so when they call back im going to give them his address and all his phone numbers so they'll leave me alone!!!!!!!

The same number kept calling me... found out it's Redflex, photo radar enforcement.... Process servers trying to serve me....

annoying calls, just music playing.  and number has nothing to do with my life

I get calls from them about 1-2x a day and there's just music playing in the background. I'm on a prepaid tmobile line.

Yah I know I dont have a debt because i dont have credit cards or anything like that so way should i be getting calls from this place

Who is calling me frequently from this number?

It did happend to me alot, and this is moving on throu countries, cuz im from puerto rico.... And some times my sister get calls from this number in mexico... She have a puerto rico number... We both use at&t.... The only thing that does is playing music

daily calls from this number; plays music - nothing else. I am on do not call list and still occurring. Very annoying.

I received calls 2-3 times a day with nothing but music. I finally called it back and they appear to be some sort of debt collector that accepts online payment. They have an option (number 1) that allows you to type your number in and remove it from their database. Seems like a load of crap that you should have to do that, but at least they give you an option. They also have an option 4 that allows you to talk to an agent.

I went through the automated remove number feature. Hopefully the calls will stop now.

On a side note... I have no idea why a debt collector would be calling my number. We have no debt, no past dues, and a 780+ credit score.

They have my elderly mothers number and keep calling her asking in automated voice for me and then hanging up. I do not have a debt that I am aware of

I just had a message on my voice mail and it told me to call them at this number or go to www dot kerc dot com and had  a refferance number but there is no such web site there and i can't block it

I got a call from this number and all it did was just play music I kept saying hello hello and it just continued playing music. I even have my number listed on the do not call registry and I still get calls from numbers that I shouldn't get calls from!

ERC is the company, I called it back and let this smart alec have it. Its some debt collector that got all of our numbers from an old listing apparently. He was looking for some Leslie chick. I told him he needed to take my number off that list and if not T-mobile would be calling him next. Just block that number.

This number called my cell phone (which blocked it) on April 10, 2013.
