How do you get them to stop calling?! This is awful. Every since I signed up to look at things at Thermospas they call me everyday! Help me please

They are ridiculous - stalkers !!  I have the same issue - called for info and they wanted me to go online instead of sending me literature.  Finally sent me literature and now won't stop calling me!

I've been called on my cell phone 4 times in the last 2 days.  No message for 3, no answer when I picked up the fourth.

I guess we should all call this guy and keep him busy. If you listen to the end of the tape, you can select an employee directory. Pick one at random and tell whoever answers to either remove you from the calling list or expect more calls tying them up.

Same experience. I held the line for a long time and finally got a human who said he would call again in 6 months. 24 hours to the minute later, another call.

Received call @9pm a girl answered n said my 1st name like I was her best friend, tolled her he wasn't home n hung up. How rude n un professional shouldn't have ever called to request for  free information n cd. U live n learn

Same here.  Requested info via mail.  Nothing comes in the mail and I get these same calls 3-4 times a day.

Ordered dvd and price list online for spas. Everyday an auto dialer calls me 2-3 times a day/7 days a week for past 2 months thanking me for ordering then tells me to hold and hangs up. I will never buy from them nor recommend them to anyone. Most unprofessional ever.

I got a call today and did not recognize the number.  No message left.  If it is ThermoSpas, I did request information from them on their hot tubs yesterday but just wanted information mailed.

I agree. I ordered their brochure. have not recieved it yet and the phone calls today from their computer numbered at least 5 calls today. NEVER get a live person after waiting. If and when i get the brochure, it goes straight in the trash!!

Constant calling from this company which I have never asked for or conducted any business with.

I've been getting this number calling me for 6 months almost every other day. After repeatedly telling them to stop driving me nuts!

I'm so sick of these calls!  Just sent a request to their customer support to have my phone number removed.  Let's see if they respond...

I requested an email quote from Thermospa but all I got was generic advertising. They don't leave a message and all I hear is music if I answer. Please stop calling. Either send a quote or leave me alone.

Yes, the same thing.  Calls from thermospa!  I requested information, but later read reviews on the web and heard so many bad things about that company, and their bad service and their lies.  Sheesh, thank goodness for web product reviews.  

But hey I love my Magic Jack.  I don't even have it hooked to a phone.  I get all my calls as an email message.  It shows the number who called and then I can click on the audio file and listen,.....or not.  Now I see the thermospa number and simply hit delete.  

Magic Jack really is a good product and works like they say it works.  You can hook it to a phone and use it for outgoing calls if you want, but I use it purely as a message phone for my business and can screen my calls.

Even after you say "please stop calling" They STILL call back. Yesterday, they called at 9:11 pm. NICE!

So, yes, I signed into their site to check out their product...(ThermoSpa)....in order to watch the video, you have to fill out the information. I did...then my computer glitched and the page to watch the video, closed. I tried to get it back, but, they wanted me to fill everything out again...to watch a promotional video...sheesh...so, I didn't, I just left it be....they called a few days later and left a messge. Polite and all, but, I opted not to call them back. Ever since then, like 3 months ago, they have called every day...EVERY DAY...so, for the past couple weeks, I've just been answering the phone and letting it sit until they hang up. Somoetimes they get to listen to the radio, other times they get to here the grinders at work, and once in awhile, they get to listen to my wife and I have pleasant conversation. If they want to waste my time...I have no problem doing the same...it doesn't cost me anything and I can play as long as they want to. I obviously now, have no intention of even thinking about buying their product. Someone else will get my business instead....

Actually ordered online dvd and price list from Thermo Spa tub 2 months ago. They use a dialer and call everyday 2-3 times/7 days a week. Sometimes a recording, sometimes not, thanking me for calling them and ordering the dvd. So unprofessional, I would never buy from them or recommend them to anyone.

These people cal me several times  day, every day. Sometimes very early in the morning and sometimes very late at night. The never answer when I pick up, and I can't make them stop. HELP PLEASE!

i have started keeping a log since 3-22-2010.even though they have called before this..they have called 125 times from 3-33 till 5-30 2010. this is a unlisted number and it is iritating to see this. they have never left a message. this is crazy and you would think that a company would get the hint that you are not interested. how do i get them to stop.... thanks

These people call morning, noon, and night. It's maddening.
