I truely agree with you do not fall to these people. I am so stupid for trusting them I fell into  and lost money as well. I thought I did the research to and they did have all the answers. I have contacted the District Attorneys office in New York and they have heard of this company and have gotten alot of compliants so they told me I had to contact the District Attorneys Office in Florida so I suggest any one who any information on this company to notify Florida so they can get them so they can not do this to any one else. This is sick to take advantage of people who have fallen on hard times.

I got a phone call from this same number and me and my husband paid them 500 dollars to help us with out modifications on our home we talk with a miss Rachelle McDaniels she got all out information together we gave her everything bank statements for mortgage papers they even sent us a whole file.they got all of our paperwork together I am send us papers that we had to send to out mortgage company in the midst of our modification I mortgage was sold to a new company I called the number back and they told me just to continue what I was doing with my old company for the same lady miss Michelle McDaniel and they told me that she was out t leave for 6 weeks after that everything just fell apart we got denied for our modification and now we cannot get in touch with this company at all it is crazy how people scam people are clones 1 of my bank account the 1 that I gave them the account number 2 I am so hurt I have 3 children and could possibly lose my home if anyone email information about this please let me know my email is shoreef.starr@yahoo.com

I got the same call and email,I figured it was a scam cause he said I was working with BB&T to refi my mortgage and I wasn't I was working with fifth third

Trust me they are a scam! I was taken for a large amount of money and if you research them (like I should have in the first place) you will find out they will only take your money and you will be out of your home.

Is there any possible way to sue these people or make an attorney aware of this that would take on sueing this company?  They sounded real, their website looked real, and we fell for it because we were desperate to save our home.  Well, now 2 months later, we had to go into bankruptcy because they did nothing to stop our foreclosure and scammed us out of 1950.00.  We did not want to lose our home, and they left us stranded.  I would call my contact and email  him several times a week and he never returned our calls, or my emails. HOW CAN WE SUE THEM?? I KNOW THERE WAS A COMPANY IN CALIFORNIA THAT GOT SUED FOR THESE KINDS OF PREDATORY PRACTICES.  THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SUED TOO!!!!!!!

My husband and I recently had contact with the "Attorney Alliance Union" which turns out to be a scam, my only thoughts and prayers are that they don't steal my husbands identity - as he submitted his information, pay stubs, mortgage, bank info etc. All the required documents...and 3 days later? No phone call in return-which turns out to be a blessing in disguise I guess. I tried to email the supposed handler only to have it returned saying with the no domain found , person does no exist, email. Thankfully we haven't sent them any money...maybe once they saw his bank statements they realized he didn't have any. BUT in the meantime...I'm petrified that something more will end up coming out of this...

I got a call from "John Rouse" from a long name that was abbreviated LCNPC (attorney alliance union).  He called me from 949-354-0431 (which was a number I saw earlier in the comments).  The number he gave to call him was 800-805-7780 x1333.  I have not tried to call yet but am very suspicious.  I talked to someone before that helps with modifications at no charge who said don't pay anyone to do it.  She said that there is no negotiating because the criteria is all laid out cut and dried.  You either qualify or you don't .  I'm going thru the documentation party to see what they say and especially how much they want to help me.  I don't mind because I can't pay them anything anyway.  The joke's on them.

My name is Teresa I wrote this after looking up this 800-880-6443 number as well as 949-383-1575 and saw that other people had trouble with it as I did, I made a mistake I judged it as a scam without talking with Derek or one else at his office.  I have been scammed before so I thought I was being very careful but all I did was make the legal team at Attorney Alliance Union up set with me so now they will not help me with my home modification process.  I understand where they are coming from I was not a client yet I was just up set that all I found was negative stuff I should of contacted Attorney Alliance Union and spoke with Derek or any one else there.  Next time I go through this I will make sure that talk with all parties before I make a comments on-line.

Hello every one I also received this same e-mail and phone call (800) - 880-6443 x 1575 aka (949) - 382-1575 from these people my contact name was Derek Randall. I looked up the Attorney Alliance Union but at first they looked like a real company but today 9/14/2012 I tried to call them I got a recording with no company name just asking me for an extention number, but I had already sent out my faxed application and my bank info the underwriter called me and said that they could help us with our home modification and they would send out an e-mail with the agreement papers and wanted $621.00 or $963.00 a month for 3 months to show B of A that we could make our payments it would take from 3 - 6 months for this process I still have not received the next e-mail with the agreement attached but the my so called Senior case manger is calling me today to start the process. SO any one else out there please do not send these people any information Please look into this matter before you send any thing out. I thought that I had researched enough but I was wrong.

I got a call from 1-800-880-6443 a.k.a. 949-359-0438 (which does not answer at all), also.  He said his name was Cory Acres.  I lost count of how many messages he left me.  When I tried to research the phone number and company and got nowhere.  Everyone, beware of companies like this trying to take advantage of people that are desparate for help on lowering their mortgages.  Housing Protection Bureau - are you kidding me!  To all you out there; please be careful.

I also got a call from Housing Protection Bureau the mans name was Ozzy left a number of 800-880-6443 ext.1430 I had been trying to get help with my mortgage and he said he I was refered to him but I never caught by who.  He wanted to know where we had the house financed through so I told him and then he wanted to know how much my husband made a month on unemployment I told him, then I recited the troubles I have been having and told him about my efford to stay in my house.  He then stated that he would have to put me on hold while he checked to see if we qualify for the assistance if I didn't qualify with them then they would refer me to HUD. He acted like he knew about the law and mortgages and was knowledgable of the foreclosure laws.   I was on hold for a short time and he came back and told me we were approved for assistance and that I had to fax him at 949-382-1411 with my husbands awards letter for his umemployment, my pay stub, my mortgage statements and then my bank statement I then told him that I couldn't get my pay stub right away because it had to be printed he said that was ok just send the other information but then he said within the next hour or else I wouldn't qualify for the help that is when I got suspicious.  He seemed to much in a hurry for me like was urgent that I do it now and was willing to take only some of the paperwork  he wanted and I could fax him the rest later;    Me being suspicious then got me checking and now I'm sure glad that I did those out there who are having trouble with your mortgages please be careful of phone calls now once you start checking for help especially from  Housing Protection Bureau and someone named Ozzy no last name I gave him a lot of information but nothing important I shutter to think had I not started checking what would have happened.  The bad thing is he got my hopes up that we could save or house.  Please be careful!!

Hello I would like to know what exactly you find out about this Company! I also was online trying to get some help with my Mortgage and then this Lady calls me and said that she was from the Housing Protection Bureau Attorney Alliance Union and she said that they were here to help us with our Mortgage crisis! I then talked to her and she wants us to send all of our info via fax to them so they can help us. I am one whom is very curious and investigate before I send them our info. I got a call from this number stating that he is the senior representative for my modification was notified by my  bank Call me and left message from me to call back at 949-1567 or 800-880-6443x1567.  It shows on the phone legal network.  He states he is with the Housing Protection Bureau. My you I did not return the call and he call me x3 already.

I am a senior citizen and a lady by the name of Sana Oeghari called me from a cell phone 1-909-382-1309 from Lake Forest California...... She knew my name, my phone number, my email ID....

She said that she was calling from the Housing Protection Bureau, and that my name was given to her on a piece of paper, and they were calling on behalf of B of A to try and help me get a modification, and they needed some information to see what program i qualified for......supposedly B of A my lender gave her or their company information as to my business or account.

Questions were asked or verified: is your email address ..........YES,  your phone number is..........and i said yes, so do you work.....NO, do you get child support.....NO, then do you get Social Security.......Yes, how much do you get....I answered, So what is your address, then i said.... didn't B of A give you that?, if you are calling in behalf of my lender then you should know that....i SAID.

At that time I begin to smell road kill, I said what is you phone number to your company and she said 1-800- 880-6443 ext, 1301 her extension was 1301 she said, and i told her that i do not know you, and for me  to give out more information about where i live is out of the question...for i don't know you, over the phone you could be anyone.....and my lender should have given you my address as well.... then she just hung up.....

I called the 1-800-880-6443 back and it says if you know you party extension press it now......or press "0" for an operator......I did and it said that the operators line was busy and please leave a message....hello now, someone, somebody please tell me something was stinky on this phone ..never once did it say the company name.......be ware senior people.......because..... something was dead wrong in Dodge City this day.....i almost got caught slipping.......so always do your investigations....please get back with me at dlonnies@yahoo.com
