This number belongs to American Family Insurance

This number calls at least 8 - 10 times in one day. I refuse to answer any calls unless I know who it is.  Don't bother. These people are a pain. If you track your bills through AmFam if that is your insurance company then you should have no worries. Ugh! what a pain!

This is a courtesy reminder from American Family Insurance.  Thank goodness they called, I had lost my bill and had not paid my car insurance.  The call reminded me to pay before it ran out, which would not be a good thing.

why did they call us all bills have been paid to the lcal office

Am Fam, glad they called, I forgot a payment. I would not want my auto ins to lapse. Got it paid on a Saturday through easy autopay.

This number called my house when I was away, but left no message. I found out it was American Family Insurance only after checking "800 Notes". Gee, you'd think they would at least leave a message. Rude?

Auto dialer to inform us that our bill for auto insurance was due today!
We had mailed it 6 days ago with other vehicles and they got that! They call
it a reminder it's a nusance.

800-884-5130  Got three calls from this number today.  On the third call I answered.  It was from American Family Insurance.  It is an automated call to verify the phone or billing address.  One of the options was to be placed on the do not call list.  I did.
