These people have called my house for the past 5 days from 3 different #'s 1-800-900-7707 they leave no message. 281-647-4116 and 281-647-4152 and ask for Joan. I don't know and haven't known anyone bythis name and when I ask Joan who they say something that I can't understand and I say what I thought I heard him say and They hang up.

I have been receiving an automated message on my voice mail. Can't understand half of what is been said. They left another number to be called as a 800-900-7707.

I have gotten a prerecorded message that I can barely understand telling me to call this number.  They identify themselves as University Fidelity LP and say something about debt collection.  I am not behind on my payments on any loans, and I have never heard of them, so I have no idea why they are calling me.

I received a automated voice message saying they are from Universal Fidelity LP trying to collect a debt.  No name was mentioned as to owed the debt and it sure isn't me.  I am not behind on my house payment and that is the only bill I have!!

left a message to call 281 647 4101 then repeated the message in Spanish

I have no idea what this is about, nor do they bother to tell you.

this number keeps calling my house, tells me to call an 800 number. I called it, you receive an recording then it makes a loud noise in your ear and hangs up on me. I have called this number 1 800 900 7707 and the 281 647 4118 and I get the same thing. If this is a collection agency they are really a poor operated agency.

I had the same experience as the others, except I never got as far as talking with a real person either. Actually the posts are helpful, because I will waste no further time with these morons. If these folks are for real, they should get better data systems. It's not hard to figure out this phone number doesn't belong to the former deadbeats. My phone # was reassigned 4 yrs ago, and I STILL receive calls for the previous deadbeats.

I got a call from 12816474116 and it said to call 18009007707. I could not get through on the 800 line because it kept hanging up. After about 4-5 redials, I called the 281 number and got Universal Fidelity a collection agency and they insisted my phone number was not in their registry and wanted my name which I refused to give them. I have received numerous calls several times a week and sometimes 4 minutes after the first call. The message they leave is barely audible. I told them I don't owe any creditors because I pay my bills on time and in full. And I told them to not call here again which he replied that he did not have my number and could not call me. To which I replied you called not even 30 minutes ago and I want it stopped! Mad!!

received calls auto, to call 800-900-7707 they would like you to leave them a message because nobody can get to the phone after they just called me. i will not give them my info after they just called me saying they are to collect a debt. screw them.

Received a cutoff message on my direct line at work leaving this number to call back,  Have no clue what they want or who they are.  They did not leave a message other then to call their 800 number

I received a call today from this # after I was told my number would be taken off their records. Earlier this week I called and told them the person they were looking for did not live here.  So much for removing my Number!!

THEY DON'T LISTEN WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO STOP CALLING AND
PERSONALLY IF YOU ARE GOING TO LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES, YOU SHOULD SPEAK ENGLISH, FLUENTLY, IT IS THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE.

Well i got a call from this number today and could barely hear the message on there automated thing, this is not the first call i have recieved from this company. So i called the number the automated voice told me to call. I got some one on the line who could barely speek english and i requested to be taken off of there call list. The man procedded to tell me that my number was not in there directory. Um Excuse me i just got a call from them that told me to call them. So who is wrong here me or the idiot who can't speak english no offence to people who speak more then one language i apploud you i just can't stand it when i can barely understand what they say and have to ask them to repeat it 4 or 5 times.

Universal Fidelity...a debt collection agency. The problem is that they use an auto dialer (and a terrible one at that)so they never speak directly to you to find out vital info like the fact that they are calling a wrong number, or one that's been reassigned.
Upon calling the toll free number, quite frequently one is disconnected, or receives a vague message. I finally got back to someone today after the second autodial call I could not hear.
Got a body on the line this time...they were looking for someone who used to have my current (new) phone number.
She was perplexed with my utter annoyance at months of phone calls from them.
