the man that call me said that his name was ALLEN DANNY and said he was call about a loan at MONEY AND MORE AND I HAD TO PAID 200 A MONTH OR THEY WILL TAKE ME TO COURT . the was 188-907-0125

My boyfriend received a call from this company, same guy too, and he doesn't have any credit cards and outstanding balances that he owes. I'm glad I googled the #, and found this blog sight helpful. It just kind of freaked us out since they said that they have his social and some documents w/his name on it, and that a decision will be made within 24 hrs. regarding his case. I had no idea what they were talking about....'till now!

they called me today, and had information that was on my credit report (scarey) and my ss#. they were saying i was being sued for 250.00 for a debit i owed a bank. But funny thing is that the bank sent me bank statements, but they could not find me to send me a notice about what they were charging me with,was felony to de-fruad a bank. the bank has my phone number, i have talked to the bank manger several times she knows how to contact. my question to him is why havent they contacted me before now. I have not recieceved any mail concerning this. they could not produce anything. i ask him to send me a address of where to send payment i have not goten tht either so i will be contacting the state attorney on this one.

This is a debit collection agency.  Either for you or someone that gave your number as a reference.

received call from then today left no message - from what I read above sounds to me like a scam - I would definitely question someone who calls noting problem with ss # and name looks like they are fishing for info -  better be safe than sorry - if you know you don't owe anything to anyone then ignore the calls

I too have gotten the calls saying that my email was used and my exwifes bank account was used for a payday loan for 2400. neither me or my exwife could have EVER gotten something that big. i kept getting calls saying i was going to be sued etc etc. so i called back and said that i was talkin to my lawyer and he told me that i am no longer supposed to speak with them until futher notice.  havent heard from them since.

I just received the same message from mike andrews about ssn & name on docs.  am glad people have posted replies about this cuz i'm not gonna call them back.  i don't owe anybody anything and if they really want to contact me they can send me a letter.  they are probably searching for some of my deadbeat relatives.......

what a joke. i recieved a call today as well, people make me sick. quit trying to steal money from inoccent people and get a real job!! and quit calling my phone, it isn't going to work

Received message today and last week from the office of Frank Galbo (sounded like Elbow to me). Stating that they received documents with my personal information and social security attached to them and they found discrepencies.  Told me to call back.  I will not be calling back.  I'm just annoyed that some scam company has my cell phone number.

called my son's house several times telling him they had his ss number on some documents. my son who works for a bank called them back he refused to give them his ss number but gave his name and phone number. they said they had nothing on him and then they said is was for me. well isnt it strange that they dont have my ss number and they dont have my phone number or my address. if they want me so badly why dont they look me up in the phone book or send me a letter. I filed b'ruptcy  in 05 after a divorce. i do not owe anyone any money. they also told my son they were a pre-legal service what ever that is.

Just report them to your states attorney general. They are trolling for people who dont know better and will just send them money.

I am guessing since you know the lawyer's name behind this collection agency and the tone of your response, you are probably an employee of this company.

For the rest, I have had several calls from this company threatening all kinds of legal action for the past year or more. They tell me that I took out a payday load that I did not repay and I owe them money. When asked to provide me with some sort of proof that I owe the money they claim, they get extremely beligerent and resort to name calling. I have asked several times that they stop calling me until they provide me with my simple request.

I don't feel I am being outrageous in asking for proof of debt, since they claim that the load was taken out almost 6 years ago. I have never had a payday loan, so I am very sceptical that this company is legit.

lala....sorry lala there is a lot of collection companies that are scammers and also a lot of collection companies violating the fdcpa law,,,being that said there nothing but low-life's...

Just to let you all know....this is a collection agency.  So for those who do not wish to pay their bills I guess you would consider them a scammer!
