This is A&E Factory service, used by Samsung.  For me, they are awesome because I purchased a Samsung refridgerater from Best Buy and it stopped working 7 years after we bought it. Samsung sold us a year warranty with A&E. ($399.) Yes, it took 3 weeks for someone to come out, and another week for the huge part that cools the unit to come to my home. But, I think it was great because instead of buying another $1800. refridgerater, I only had to buy a warranty. I'm pretty sure that they are a network, not a company so the repair person may have his name or company's name in their directory. I am in Parker, Colorado and noticed they are all over. I had to have them come out again, saw this number, of course googled it as we all do, and found out they were confirming their appointment for tomorrow, which I set up 10 days ago. Yes, they use a foreign company to do their scheduling and callbacks. Well, SAMSUNG.. Not made in the United States.

Event Reminder
Received two calls from this company. Missed them both. Returned first call and found out it was a reminder for a scheduled repair visit. Did not bother to return second call. In both cases they did not leave a message as to the purpose of the call. They definitely need to clean up their act and start leaving phone messages so people know what the call is all about. They also need to start using people whose first language is English. It was very difficult to understand the person on the other end when I returned the first call.

i had an appointment with them and when they were to be here no one showed up called them and they say we  do not service your brand....ok why did they set up a time to look at it and then not bother to call to cancel and let me know.....SMH!

Just an automated message from A&E reminding me of a service appointment I did make with Maytag. Of course somebody should probably inform them that they need to update their caller id label so they don't have a bunch of people online suspecting they are a crime ring.

I received a message today at12:30  that I had a service call tomorrow between 8 and 5 with A and E. I do not know who A and E is nor did I receive prior notice about this appointment. I called A and E and asked if this was under warranty and would their be any charges. I had a 3 year with Service Pro.She did not have any information on warranty and I was told to contact Service Pro to find out.I told her if their was a charge I would not pay as the ac/heater has never worked and this was my second unit.She had no information on this.

I have taken pictures of a service man putting gas in his own car from a can in his truck--almost every day that drives a service truck with this number on it from Fairmont, WV this is costing the persons tractor or machine that he is working on extra money and I am going to report it to the state if this is not stopped..

A&E Repair for Lowe's Warranty repairs.  Already I am not impressed.  I made the appointment yesterday with Lowe's Warranty Service and they first set me up with another repair service.  The other repair service I have already had business with and do not want to use them again.  Lowe's set this company up for the appointment.  They call this morning and leave no message and there is no ID on caller ID.  I googled the number and found this.  I called them back and a mexican (not Hispanic) answered.  He said his name was Juan.  I could hardly understand anything he said.  He asked for my name, complete address and phone number.  I was very leary of giving the information and I told him that I didn't know him from Adam so he could just look me up using my phone number.  He rattled off something that I couldn't understand but I got that its for my washer repair.  He rattled off some more stuff and I told him that I didn't understand him.  I understood him to say 'thas ok'.  
The appointment that I made with Lowe's for service is with A & E for tomorrow morning between 8 and noon.  Hopefully a responsible person will show up to replace the door handle on my washing machine.
I think companies should HAVE to have their names show up on caller ID.  Don't they realize that they are losing business not showing their name to people that they call?
We'll see how this goes tommorrow....

Received a recorded message to call this number.  I returned the call where recording said it was AE.  I was then transferred to a live operator who asked for my mobile #, home #, home address and other info.  I explained I was not comfortable giving out the info as this is not the same 800# as on my AE service confirmation.  I asked for a supervisor and the operator REFUSED!  He then put me on hold for 26 minutes and counting.  I called the actual number on my appointment confirmation from another phone.  That connected me directly with Patricia with Whirlpool who confirmed my appointment with AE.  Further, Whirlpool told me the # I had called originally was not AE at all.

He was in the process of pinging your line, that was an excuse because you caught him, and he did not reach a computer on your landline. So the false confirmation, and no answers was just a cover for his pinging cracking attempt.

These guys use their communications to crack into your financial accounts, and scalp your phone service, they bribe local phone techs to put inductive taps on phone cable trunks, so they can scalp the local restaurants, and financial institutions, and get it wifi, or transmitted to thier portable laptops in their vans. They need to be stopped. That is why the false confirmation calls, and no answer calls they are in the process of cracking into your phone line, and accounts, and you caught them off guard, they were pniging. So apparently that one has not bribed a phone tech into putting a inductive tap on the local termainal box, of a landline trunk cable.

I receive an automated phone call saying the service technician would be late for his appointment which was scheduled between 11: 00 am and 5: 00 pm (the call came in at 3:45 pm). I had not made an appointment so I was surprised and went home from work, about 4:45 pm I receive a call from a person who explained in broken English that he was a service technician and about 20 minutes from my house, but his visit would need to be Cash On Delivery and that the estimate for service would be 105 - 200 dollars (he did not even know what he was supposed to do). I said he was not to come to my house and that I had not scheduled an appointment. This appeared to be an attempt to trick my out of money since I had filed a claim against AllergyBGone for making fraudulent claims about an air conditioner (Horrible Company! Do not by anything from them!).

I have been receiving calls from this number almost daily since 19 Jun. Today is 26 Jun. I have not requested any service on a dish washer.. Today I talked to John and was told he could not stop the calls. I said that the FCC can.

it's A&E for SEARs, Maytag, or other appliance repair services...  they usually call the day before to confirm (remind) customers of appointments.

A&E Services is the worst... I had a window of 8AM to 12PM and no one showed up.

Then got a call at 12:30PM from A&E saying they willl be right there.

2:00PM comes around and no one came.

I do not know why Maytag uses A&E?!?!?!

THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!

from "A&E ", they service Maytag etc, I had the best results, they needed large window 8am --5pm to keep me home for repairs. The friendly service man came and repaired my Maytag refrig and it was covered under warranty. I was pleased, they had an automated number keep calling to insure I was going to be home. So I got many missed calls from that number.

It's A&E Factory Service. I received a recorded call from them this morning, saying 'my' service appointment was scheduled for tomorrow and if I had a problem with it to hold for a live person which I did. After I told the woman that my phone number was new and the people who had it before I did no longer have it, I then asked her to please remove my number from their list since I had no dealings with her company, she refused to do so. I asked who the person was who was scheduled for the appointment and she said she wasn't allowed to tell me, but then she demanded my name which I told her. She then confirned that my name wasn't on her list, yet she still refused to remove my number, saying that a service technician would call me tomorrow before the appointment. What dumb employees work for that company!

Rec'd call on Easter (04/04/10) at 1215pm - but missed it.  Cell phone showed it came from this same 800 #.  No message left on my voicemail system.  I have been attempting to schedule repair of Samsung Microwave for over a week without any response.  Now they call on Easter?!  And there wasn't even a message.  I called back, but after being on hold for 5 mins, hung up.
