called from a cell phone and left 800 number to call...they are from ars national neverheard of them hung up

Caller called stating her name was Lorraine and she was calling in regard to a number. Some 8 digit number starting with Y. Did not say anything else.
The same number has called twice before and it is usually a machine that says this call is for ____ (name) and then requests I call back.

They are calling my old house where I haven't lived in 4 years and I was underage at the time too. I don't know how these people find out where you live. But definitely not a legit person.

these guys are dirtbag bill collectors that never check the birthdate of the persons they are looking for nor can they give you any history. They buy debt, and live for their comissions. At least they don't use the "I'm calling from a lawyer's office" routine..yet. They call from 760-735-8531

THE TRUTH is anyone on this page is in debt. The number in question if you ever called it back, is the number for ARS NATIONAL SERVICES. A collection agency . And if you are like me you would appreciate the services provided by these people.Call them , i know if you are willing to resolve your debt , that they are more than willing to help u with it ,  NO SCAM. NO FRAUD. They even  saved me a great deal of money that was interest and late penalties that were applied to my credit card . they have indefinably changed my outlook on debt collectors.

voicemail left on my VOIP number:  "Hi Mindy. This is Kevin mounds from ARS National, one of several attempts to locate you regarding your file in my office.  Mindy, I need to discuss some very personal information of yours.  It will take a few moments.  I do need you to return the call today.  My number is 1(800) 909 9056 at extension 4027.  Thank you. Mindy, I am awaiting your call."

FRAUD WITH A VERY LARGE "F"  I am not Mindy, the number called has not even circulated yet with my own contacts.

recieved a call stating this is an important matter called number back. talked with the lady who left the message a Mrs. Jones ext 4073. told her I got the message and what was it about. She had no information that she called then proceded to ask was it for me or my wife and asked me for he name. maybe i shoildn't of gave it to her.
I suspect that this was not a legit call.

My sister received a call from this number.  The caller stated that I had given my sister as a reference and she needs to talk to me ASAP. This 800 # and reference code # was left for me. How ARS got her number and knows she is a relative is so puzzling. BOGUS---BS!
If looks and smell like FRAUD------it is.  BEWARE.  I hope the FTC/FCC can do something about soon.

Requesting the information of the whereabouts of Anita Matlow

Two members of my family received calls looking for me.  When I gave them permission to speak to family, they told me I had a balance with JCPenney.  Not possible, account was closed 2 plus years ago.  The number given here does not match ARS'toll free number.  Feels like fraud to me.

received call, they requested my social security number saying they were inquiring about a balance on my target account which has been closed for 2 years.  Did not provide any info, I called target directly and they had no record of anyone contacting me.
