They called me. Number came up but ID showed unavailable. He implied they were my car dealer where I just purchased a car. Wanted to set up an appointment for service. But then wanted to know mileage. Then wanted my address. I (politely this time) told him I don't know who you are and I'm not giving you any information. And then I hung up. I will call my dealership and file a complaint with them.

I find the post from 4/16 interesting. Since I don't have a car, the same contracted call center must be calling about other things too. Next time I'll answer the phone and post more info.

This is an automobile dealer service center - they call reminding you about service appointments. This isn't the dealer themselves calling, it's a call center that is contracted by your dealership to make the calls.
