Edwin Zuber ordered three 42-inch LCD monitors from my Ohio store 12-9-08. He said he would FAX FedEx information to me, which he never did. He also tried using two different credit cards; the first one was declined and second was approved in excess of $3,800. I called the issuing bank and was told the name did not match the customer name on file for the second card. I called him back and he gave me a name that matched the card but was not his own. Customer service reps at issuing bank were not helpful. I refunded amount to card of record. The phone number given by Edwin Zuber was 1-800-920-7227.
