I just got the same e-mail. According to US Bank's website they ask that the e-mail be forwarded to fraud_help@usbank.com so they can investigate.

I received the same email yesterday. Have called US Bank and they indicated that it is fraudulant. They requested that the email be forwarded to Fraud_help@usbank.com.

received an e-mail telling me that restrictions had been placed on my credit card account at US Bank. The e-mail asked me to call this number.

Received an e-mail warning me about a BANK Alert with my banking account.  I was instructed to call this number 24/7 to correct my bank account problem.
