The company Quick Mortgage Solutions is a SCAM!!  We paid them $3005.01 to help us with a home modification loan.  When we would call them they would tell us our paperwork was processing and it takes time.  They told us not to call the bank and not take their calls that it would only slow the process.  We continued to believe they were helping us.  We have a trail of emails and phone calls that prove their scam.  No paperwork was filed and on November 6th 2013 our home was sold at auction without our knowledge.  We were told by Quick Mortgage Solutions that they would stop the auction and they didn't.  BEWARE!!  We're contacting the authorities today November 7th 2013.  Not sure what we can do.  We've been told we have 10 days to contest the sale of the house and are trying everything to save our home but we may be too late.  We have a meeting with a law firm to help us with that.  Thanks to QMS we have may have lost our home.

I got a call from them regarding the Goverment funds available to save a home from forclosure.  I'm pretty sure something is "fishy" here!  They stated their address was 255 W 33rd St, NY, NY but it doesn't appear correct.  When I look it up it shows Penn Station and some really expensive apartments.

received call from them didn't know phone number so I didn't answer.  When I called the phone number back it stated thank you for calling "Legal Solutions".  I have no idea who they are.
