daily faxes on business fax machine for online poker ... fax removal of 1-800-918-2902 always gives me the "we're sorry, all circuits are busy"

Got another fax from"Hot Stocks on the Street" at midnight. I am pissed! We called the removal number 877-234-9547, that's a joke. We are on the Florida State No Call List. I'd love to do something to these a***oles!

Unwanted faxing to our number, wasting time and paper.

We are, also, receiving faxes from Vega Publciations through Zenith Publications.  Isn't there a way to stop this?  We are a private home, not a business.

I also am trying to locate the source of the faxes.  There is a federal claim against this type of conduct with severe financial penalties.  The only problem is if the company is outside the US.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have been battling this crap for years.  I most likely will switch phone lines since my fax is not a widely used number...lucky me.  My sugestion, If I can get an 800 number for these turds that they answer, I will set up a dialer wit a recording to take me off their list.  My purpose is not to be deleted but to make them spend $$$$$ on the phone calls my dialer makes.

I'm getting unwanted faxes from someone that promotes the purchasing of shares of (Vega promotions,Inc.) When I call the phone number for Fax removal- They answer as Kaiser Permanente.

I was amazed when I Googled 1-800-918-2902 and found this site!  I have tried in vain for months and months to track these names down on the Internet (Hot Tech Stocks, Zenith, etc.), hoping there would be contact information somewhere.  Now I see it was a useless waste of time and that the fax removal number is a hoax.  This morning I phoned the operator here in Canada and was told that "the number is not good from this area," which is apparently all they can tell from their end.

Been getting the same faxes past 2 days.  The opt out number doesn't work.  As suggested, go to the FCC website and file an online complaint.  It was quick and painless.  Maybe if enough people file, we can stop the faxes (for now anyway!)!

Hello everyone.  I too am a victim as you all are.  What you need to do is stop calling the removal line, all it does is put you back in a data base for more calls.  Keep copies and records of all the faxes you get and report them to the FCC at www.fcc.gov.  They are the only ones who can file criminal charges.  If we all report this then something will have to be done.  Also, they have changed their name, at least lately I have Hot Tech Stocks by Zenith Publications, Ltd.  Good luck all, let's get them once and for all!

The anti-fax law doesn't have any weight with offshore spam faxers. A number of companies have moved their fax machines - if not their entire operation - to Canada or the UK and are taking advantage of VOIP fax services.

HOSPITALS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO GET UNSOLICITED FAXES. This is part of the anti-spam legislation and is constantly violated by this company which changes its name and number, but is apparently the same old outfit.

They are a consumer rights law firm that frequently sues fax spammers.  We have received three settlements from them for three class action suits they initiated.  I would assume that with enough evident that it might be interesting to them.

I tracked the HOT STOCK TIPS back to to Gemini Market News, and began faxing them in March, every time I got one.  This month they began coming from Zenith Publications, Ltd.  This is a tied to a London based company.  I e-mailed them at: info@hennacrazy.com. No response yet.

We should be able to get THEIR fax number so we can reply with a 30 page fax.

Have received two of the same faxes from this company within the past five minutes.  Thought that the annoying faxes had ceased but obviously they have resumed!
I guess being registered on the 'do not call list' doesn't mean much.

Receiving faxes from Cyber re Hot Stocks/Momentum Trader - a couple times a week.  Removal number does not work.

I too have been receiving unsolictited faxes from Cyber Communications for various stocks. As it appears that the fax removal number is false (why am I not surprised?) my approach now is to limit the time my fax machine is turned to my office hours. As virtually all of the unwanted faxes come in overnight, I hope this doesn't intefere with my business.

Got a fax from a company listing the above phone number as a contact to be removed. I won't call them because then they have my phone number.

I too have been getting these. Same deal. I found a website - junkfax.org which advises to either get a device to stop junk faxes from getting through or sueing. If you have time, it's a great website. I tried calling the FCC but the number just rang and rang. Am going to try the phone company next, then my congress person.

they have been sending the same faxes twice each day for a week now.  800 removal number doesn't work.  Grrrrrrr..............  Today we received promotion of stock BDGW - I'll try to contact them to stop it.  Something's gotta work.
