I received the same call from "brittney Cole" stating there was a court case filed against me for fraud.
This practice is illegal under TITLE VIII - DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES [Fair Debt Collection Practices Act] section 807, (7) The false representation or implication that the consumer committed any crime or other conduct in order to disgrace the consumer. & (13) The false representation or implication that documents are legal process.
Report them to the Federal Trade Commission

Kepp getting calls saying i need to call t he plaintiff but they do not say who that is then they give this phne# 800-920-3489 and say to call to prevent being served? They only say they are Legal Processing.

She called me unknown number and asked me to call 800-920-3489.she said I have case pending against me and she is ganna serve me to take me in the court.she refused giving me their physical address an said," because of security reason,I can't give the address".please report it to right gov department.thanks

My family received call from 1-800-920-3489 threating me and saying I was going to jail on 3 counts of fraud and fbi was involved. So I called them back and lady got rude and hung up on me.
