Got a call from this number, answered it but nobody there.

Scam!!! Do not answer!

What is the app??  Please share!!!!

Call my cell phone first about some electric bill reduction and within seconds call my wife's cell.
Must be robo call since my wife and my phone number run consecutively.

Just received call and voicemail from (909) 340-2136 at 12:40PM Mar 28, 2014.  VM was cut off, but sounded like something to do with your rates and bill.  Probably the electric scam as previously mentioned.

People please BEWARE of this scam saying their are ATT (not AT&T, but will non-aware people even notice) and they ask you to visit their Web site to collect $200.  I take comfort in knowing we have the Internet and 800notes.com to REPORT these creepy callers that interrupt our lives and try to take advantage of us.  Do yourself (and others) a favor and PLEASE report these awful telemarketers so the investigators have the data they need to catch these SCAMMERS. Thank you.  

I recently got this new cell and just got this call.  Similar to what Alicia stated...recorded message wanting to lower my bill.  Didn't say what company or who it was from. I never answer calls I don't recognize or have in my contacts list.  I currently have bill collectors calling looking for someone and I have been inundated  with collection agencies.  SO DON'T ANSWER!

Got a call from this number today. Didn't leave a message.

Called me twice on my cell phone from two different numbers on 3/19/2013 with recorded messages.  First call was from 909-340-2136, second call was from 805-219-6238.  Both recorded messages were identical, "This is a public service announcement to inform you that your electric rates will soon be increasing ..."

Called today 3/18/2014 at around 1:45 pm. Didn't pick up, they didn't leave a message. If they are calling your cell, do yourself a favor and block their number. I got an app that blocks unwanted phone numbers from calling and it works great.

I got a call from this number...909-340-2136. Answered the phone it was a recorded message about lowering my electric bill...said to press 1 to speak with someone or 3 if called in error. I pressed 3 and recording said it would take number off the calling list....do I believe that???  NO!!!  Another unknown number that if they call again I will NOT answer!!!

They have no clue who they are calling! They have your name and that's it. It's for solar usage and how we can save money if our electric bill is 150.00 or more. They use 100's of numbers coming from Los Angeles, Lancaster, Pomona its ridiculous. You block them and they have someone else call

Likely some sort of phishing scam to get people to give personally identifying information. Lure is something about "lowering monthly electricity bill". Number is not associated with any government within the USA or any electric company. Ignores non-solicit list. Do not answer or callback and simply report them to authorities and sites like these.

Called my cell. I hit #1 to get the name of the company. It routes to "all operators busy, leave your phone number" instead of identifying company.
