This dirt bag bill collector seem to be the worst one I have ever heard of.  I understand they have a legal right to try to collect a debt in a LEGAL way but this dirt bag is breaking laws all over the place.  Some call it harrassment, but I call it Blackmail.  Pay up even if do not owe any money.  Calling many, many times a day, every day, calling relatives and at workplace, cussng on the telephone,  making anonymous calls,etc.  Going to be law suits against them  sooner or later.  You can file a report with the FTC but as they seemed scare of bill collectors, I doubt it will do any good.  I think there are web sites whereas you can get a lawyer or at least get a form usally free of charge where as you can fill it out and send to this dirt bag, certified. This is suppose to stop the harrassment??Keep good records on all their dirty habits, witneses and always use a certifed letter if you write them or whatever a lawyers tells  you to do.  You may be glad you did at a later date.

Recieved a call from 1800-925-6140 ext 1421 Denise Garner, Do not know how she got numbers that are non listed and/or non published, to me this is a form of harrasement. If she read this PLEASE DO NOT CALL ANY MORE!!!!! From what know, you should have been give permission (from the individual the number belongs too) to call... from the owner of that number.

This guy named Robert left a message saying "this is regarding a complaint that has been reported to us... call us back as soon as possible"  what the fu*k.   I hate these tele marketers trying to reach us no matter what it takes.

Someone is on AOL blogs giving this number out and AOL is not stopping them. The person who is giving this numbr out is telling people to call it and press 0 and you will get a voucher for fift cent gas. Take up the problem with AOL.

Rec'd call from a Robert Haynes supposedly with a collection agency "Nat'l Enterprises".  Told me I had to give him my bank info to resolve issue with a debter he represented. Asked him why he needed that info...skated around with an answer that did not have the ring of truth to it. They supposedly were willing to resolve debt for about 75% of what we owed. Why did they need to have our bank info? Told me once they hung up the phone, they were going to file lawsuit immediately if I did not give him the info right then. There was a tremendous amount of pressure put ipon me to comply. He evem called the bank to verify account info he sucked out of me. Ny bank refused to comply, which infuriated him. Was extremly rude and yelling with the bank rep. He told her to give him her supervisor immediately which did him no good. The long and short of it all was he got my bank info from me w/o bank cooperation. My spouse told me I shouldn't have fgiven any info despite the lawsuit threat.
BTW, he at one time during this hellish "conversation" in which at one point I was in tears, shaking...told him so, didn't affect him one iottta. I hope this helps some of you that are in debt up to your eyeballs through bo fault of your own. With me, I have a host of life-threatening medical problems (w/o getting into that). Please respond if you have any ideas, etc. as to why he would need our bank info. He has to have a judgement to dip into our account, right?

This company has called my family and my gym asking questions of anyone who answers that are out of line. I have no collection debt. Is this a scam?

Fred Hayes at this number 800-925-6140 called me, my place of work, my father, my father's current place of work, my father's old place of work, and the land line of my old apartment. Do not work with him. He does not comply with the law in terms of collecting debt.

We keep receiving (every day and at all hours) a recorded call from Sam Shaw saying to contact them urgently.  We are an 800+ credit score couple with no overdue debt of any kind.  We bought a home in April in a short sale from "a deadbeat" and wonder, is it possible for them to get the telephone number based on the address only?  Maybe they're trying to track down the previous owner.

I agree with you. I am not sending them a dime.  I am sending it to the bank. They need so send out letters with account numbers and amounts on them.They are also not allowed to charge interest or late fees.People just because you owe the money, you still have rights.

I keep getting calls from these people and yes I do owe money for a private student loan, I am sending Sallie Mae what I can each month considering I was lucky to find a job during these times, but they keep calling, Tina Cache is the name of the last person who called. I do not pick up my phone at all, they just leave messages, I have read too many horror stories about this company. They need to send a letter telling me who I make my payments to,I just keep sending them to Sallie Mae.I refuse to talk to these people.

Someone named Jane White called from 800-925-6140 x 1125 in regards to something "very important" and said I should contact her immediately before the end of the day. I don't think so. The caller ID said Verizon Business in the name.

okay so today this company called my house and cover there phone using richfield health service,.. the person name fred called asking a whole bunch of question that was really non of his business, i told him that this is not my debt and was making a big issue out of this, and then i told them to call back this person FRED called me three more time.....!!!!! this person really annoyed me.

Got 3 calls within 5 minutes.  Unfortunately I picked up the first one and said she no longer lives here and hung up. BAMMMM. 1 and half minutes later they called back and asked for ME by my name.  This is scary stuff but don't be INTIMIDATED PEOPLE!! Screw they people.  Just say the same thing over and over "there is no one here by that name". They will get tired and stop calling. This is all from my ex who is a dead beat and does not pay her bills!  Not my problem. Just tell these people what I said and hang up. Don't give out any info!!!!! Hang up....then laugh. Oh yeah, the one message was asking for me to call and she said "I am an investigator not a collection agency" I did not call and instead googled the number and this is the site she was from. LIER!!  Don't let them scare you!!

I got a call at work from Linda Stein saying I was being sued on a student loan matter that was resolved months ago. She never said who she was with but made me assume she was a lawyer. I informed her that the matter was already resolved & she told me it wasn't & to expect a certified letter soon regarding them taking me to court. We'll see.

Tell them that person either doesn't work there or is not allowed personal calls at work. If they persist ask for a supervisor.

These dudes are always calling. I told the man Roger to get a life and stop calling me but once you answer its over for your career. They will set up for the kill by calling during professional hours and then bam they will cal 3am in the morning by a unrestricted number like (917)293-9999
