She didn't say scam and nobody is impressed with a person who can't spell. Employee or bad sales person maybe??

SALES CALL FROM GOOGLE TELEMARKETER.  REPORTS OF CALLS IGNORED BY AUTHORITIES.

even after advising a body on the other end that my business has closed, I still get these blessed calls... oh the joys of people that buy and sell old lists...

And if you're a happy customer, you wouldn't be looking up the number on a site for unknwon numbers. But of course you're not, you're one of the filthy scamming shills trying to control the damage this site is doing to your scam.

Maybe you should get a life, you know, an honest one instead of the life of crime you have now ... BET YOU CAN'T!

get a life people!! this inst a scam !! My business has grown tremendously since I validated my listing! And also if they were a scam why would they offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you aren't satisfied?

On the do not call list. Said they are from Google but I doubt it.

I always tell these a***oles to go bleep themselves in the most nasty, vile way possible. Maybe someday, if we all did that, they wouldn't be able to find employees... Yeah, OK, won't happen, but it sure makes you  feel GOOD!!!!

I waited to talk to a live person and told him to "GOOGLE" our organization which they claim is "in danger" of being removed from Google's database.  After I told him the name of our organization and wanted to be removed from the call list he hung right up on me.  No matter if I press whatever number to be removed or talk to a live person, we are still on this calling list.

Illegal robo call to my DNC listed home phone

A guy called from this number to say we had to pay a one time fee of $20 for our Google account, we are not sure what account he is talking about and when we called the number back, they don't even answer the phone saying it is Google.
THIS IS A SCAM!

Got the call, decided to press 1 to see what would happen.  Got a live body who asked if I was the owner of the company, obvious he had no idea to whom he was talking.  "No owner, we are a non profit organization" CLICK!  I don't think they will be calling back :)

I get calls 3-4 times per day and it's been going on for weeks! I don't answer but they don't stop calling either. Wish I could report to the police as harassment.

Receiving text messages 2-3 times/week

Yet another robomessage from some guy who claims to work for Google (also mentioned Google+), claiming that Google is in the process of purging their databases and our company is in danger of being removed from the database because no one verified the info, and so on and so forth.  I ignored it and waited for the call to automatically disconnect because it's probably yet another Google-based scam and telling them not to call is ineffective if they are scam artists.

As others have mentioned, a robocaller alleging to be from Google (also mentioned Google Plus) claiming that our business is "in danger" of being removed from Google's database, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Nobody spoke. I was so disappointed. I was ready.

Get 1-2 calls a week from this site. When I answer there is only a hang up. This spam is getting old

It's a scam, ignore them.  Number is registered to Futurology Inc.   a robo-call for "increasing your web presence".  They call and hang up if I answer..  Call back and you get put on hold for 6 minutes and 23 seconds before a pre-recorded "goodbye" then they disconnect.

My business gets robocalls from this number 5-6 times a day.

Google Voice already has this number blocked. It's sitting in my spam folder.

The problem with calling them back and pressing anything is that they then have your number as an actual working number.  The "do not call" lists of these kinds of organizations are not "do not call" lists at all.  Instead, they are "we've verified that this is a live phone number -- keep calling" lists.  Since it's impossible to actually request help from a live person at Google (they only provide "articles," which are of no help at all), there is no way to really be sure that Google is or is not sponsoring these junk phone calls.  However, whenever it's possible, I simply hold on to the receiver until they disconnect.  That way it costs them some money.  Not much else we can do.

These people are so annoying. Call the number back press 2 for do not call list. Then wait to confirm you want to do that.....
