I get calls repeatedly from this number and never answer them.

receive calls from this number constantly.

called for my daughter, wouldn't say who they were, were rude.

same as above. rings ..no caller

it is Barclays bank doing telemarketing. they will accept a person who wishs to be place on their no call list. call the back of your cred card.

800-931-6318 They never leave a msg. on the answering machine, and they cant even say our last name correctly, no clue who they are or why they keep calling and buggin me.

called, left on voice mail, left no message. calling several times a week, including my cell phone. did star 69 to see what number called.

I received a call on 7/20/07 around 11 AM or noon.  My answering maching got it.  Caller did not leave a message.  I'm thinking this number might be some kind of "anonymizer" service, with multiple users.  

For what it's worth, I AM a customer of Juniper Bank.

I was told that the last 4 digits were the only 4 to be concerned about.
The first set of digits only tell you the type of card it is....
The next set of numbers indicate your location.
So if they know your location and they know it is a Barclay type of card, they have all the information they need.

just wanted to let you know that you do not have to give out your ss # to put on a dnc list, if you are an existing cardholder w/barclays bank deleware you probably will be contacted for additional benefits for the card, but if you ask the cmr to put you on a dnc list all they need to verify is your phone number. please just listen to these people we are just doing our jobs and no it is not the best job in the world but we are like everyone else we have children to feed and bills to pay, and this is what we do for a living...i can tell you now that it will take up to 30 days for you to be put on a dnc list and you may be contacted again during that period, there are so many people that it does take a little bit. try to understand we are trying to do our jobs.

These are robocalls that have continued after I've demanded to be removed from their phone list because my wife works at night and they wake her up. My wife also has a Barclays Bank card, so today, the day after my fifth demand and cancellation of my card, they called again, the usual drill. I made my complaint call and was informed that only my wife now has authorization to tell them to stop calling our home number. After I offered to call the local sheriff's department and file a harassment charge, write my congressman and senators, complain to the state consumer counsel and pepper the Internet with my story, the woman said she would stop the calls.

I have received calls from Barclay's Bank. They say they will call back later when I say "jim" isn't home and can I take a message.

Also ( may be different situation ) I received note in mail about renewing an AMEX card....long story but they did ask for SSN and I gave it to them.

Calls all the time. Can be morning, noon or night. when you answer no one is there

I called back the number and was told to call the number on the back of the credit card in order to opt-out.  I will have to wait till hubby gets home as its his card.

Well, I just received a call from this number and they identified themselves as Barclays Bank with information about 'a benefit.'
However, I am not a Barclays (or Juniper) account holder.
And they called me at my office which was odd since none of my cards are linked to my work, much less to my work phone.

They continue to call...now they are asking for my mother who has never heard of them. I found a number that you can call so that you can at least get someone to talk to other than an automated message.

I guess its to thier card services and I told them before they finished talking to give me a supervisor.

look up National Do Not Call Registry  https://www.donotcall.gov/           and file a complaint you have to b registered first put in all the info and file it. Mayb if they get enough complaints they will put a STOP to this and other annoying numbers

This called just now, I don't answer blocked or partially block numbers.  After reading this I'm glad I didn't.   I'm sick of these scammers calling, last week it was some other scam group.  I wish they'd crack down and the DNC violation reports.
