They keep calling over and over from 1pm on! How do we stop this? They call our cell phone and land line. When you call back it says the number they are calling from isn't in operation.

The phone calls continue this afternoon. Now they are answering as the Mortgage Law Center. I was put through to a 'manager' who refused to give his name, was extremely rude and hung up. So far, two nameless 'managers' have hung up on me. The last person who answered their phone 'Gene' at least confirm that they are in North Carolina.

I am now going to file a complaint with their local Better Business Bureau.

Traced the (706) 203-4426 number back to Home Health Relief Center http://www.homereliefcenter.com/. Spoke to someone named 'Joey' who claimed that neither our phone number or the name of the party who used to have this number are in their system.

I let him know that this is a recycled number (7.5 years ago), that this is a business and we are receiving 4-6 calls each day from their various numbers (for example (406) 224-9711).

I also told him that there are many posts on the internet from individuals who are reporting their company to government agencies for harrassment.

He said that he would place my number of their 'do not call' list.

We'll see.

I keep getting these calls too!  About 7 or 8 a day form various different numbers.  I too rent.  My number is on the National Don Not Call Registry too.  Any info on how to stop these calls would be helpful.

Sales calls keep coming from this number - I want to be taken off of their calling list!!!

I get this same call everyday, I don't own a home and this is on my cell phone.  Completely harrassment and completely illegal!

Ah, the joys of selective call forwarding.  I appreciate the creativity on your part, but you may not be amused when the government agency traces the calls back to you. (And yes, they can.)  Even though you may not be initiating the calls, you are likely to be seen as interfering with a government office/communications system and might find yourself in jail.

It is all in fun until your new cell mate Bubba tells you he is taking you to the prom tonight.

I will confess to occasionally re-routing a call to somewhere humorous (many,many years ago, SOL applies), but only on an EXTREMELY limited basis, and never anywhere governmental in nature.  Besides, I don't use residential call forwarding to do it.  

Stick to forwarding calls coming from your ex-girlfriend to your current girl friend's cell phone - it will create less trouble for you in the long run.

Forward all these calls to my local goverenment agency. Eventually even they will get tired of their calls.

A few minutes ago about home foreclosure. Harassment.

Stupid calls every five minutes. And the same message about house forclosure! they are also calling me with 7 or 8 different numbers. This is harassment!

Keeps calling my phone. I pressed the number to remove me from the list, yet they keep calling. Since yesterday, they have called me six times.

Just filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry. Everyone needs to do the same. My house IS NOT in foreclosure, I have been on the DNC list for over a year, AND my phone number is unlisted and I DON'T Give out the number to any businesses! These people need to be stopped, they've got my husband all stressed out... he thinks someone is going to foreclose on our home. (Our mortgage is held by a private party, all legit, and we're current, but he get's stressed out very easily...)

Same here - same stupid numbers keep calling...you can't get a real person. So annoyed.

There are three (3) related phone numbers that do the auto-dial.  
They will hound you to death, calling 10 or 20 or 30 times per day.

They are a front for a law firm(s) or a paralegal company.
Since the calls are unwanted, I classify them as a scam.
I have do DO NOT CALL REGISTRY complaints on all three.  I don't know what else to do.

They go by different names: Home Help Relief Center or Homeowner Foreclosure Defense Network

Received call from (706)203-4426 stating that my house was in foreclosure and they would change the locks.  Terrible harrassment.  They need to be sued !  This need to be stopped immediately.  Unable to call this person back.  why ?

Got 8 spam calls (and counting) in the last 2 hours from 706-203-4426, 406-224-9095, 701-920-9805, 760-001-3331, 406-224-9095, 253-312-7757. Brace yourselves.

I keep getting phone calls from this number telling me since my home is in foreclosure they can help!  I don't even own a house and they keep calling!!! This is a recorded message and they are calling my cell phone a few times a day!

I have had the same thing happening to me Stacey. When I press the 9 a few times, I can get a person, but as soon as I ask them to remove me from their list, they disconnect the call. I am so mad!! One girl argued that they could help us...even after I told her we had already spoke to an attorney. I told her I wasn't going to pay someone to keep us in our house for another 2-3 months...and she had the nerve to say it would be 4-5 months. What a crock! These are just scammers trying to take advantage of someone else bad misfortune.

Do not call me wanted for this to stop calling my number!
