Called my home @ 8:15am, 2 rings, I pick up and not answer.
I *69 get this number - call back ... machine said "Sorry - No ones is available to take this call, please remain on the line, and someone will be right with you....." Wait a little bit ....no one....I hang up and go online to search for this phone number and I nicole above got the samething in Jul 22,2008

This place calls and leaves no messages or says who they are on the caller id. They call every day and it is annoying.

This # continues to call me at my home for past few weeks and leave messages on my voice mail stating that they are from Allied Interstate and "this is in regards to a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose" and then they leave the # 1-800-934-2118  However, I don't have any unpaid debts.

I have called the number three times and no one answers. It then states that the mailbox is full, so you can't even leave a message.

After weeks of this harassment, I filled out a complaint online with the FCC. If you are having issues with this, you should Google FCC and fill out the form, too. The more the merrier!

Please report your calls to the FCC!  Expecially if you are on the national do not call list.  I too have no debts to speak of. I believe this is a scam looking for bank information.
And please, if they ask you to give up any account information, please do not give it to them, unless you are SURE they are legit.

call Allied Interstate 800-934-2118 regarding debt

They persist in calling me and are looking for a person with the first name of Katie (same last name)  I told them I have never gone by that name and have no mortgage, no car payment and no credit card balance. I just let it go into voice mail and the last 2 times called the number back and when I got the voice mail it said "I-Cor" whatever that is.

Same thing, left a message on machine, reagrding a debt....don't owe any debt (thankfully). Called back, got a machine, no company name and no actual person. Can't this company real or fake be stopped from this type of harrassment? we are also on the do not call list!

This number calls our office and leaves a message but we can only hear the last two numbers of the phone number and we hear no company name so we get the number on the caller id.  They are trying to collect a debt and information given will be used for that.  I once called the caller id number and it didn't connect to anything so I gave up trying. I don't know if anyone working in this company has any debts and they don't leave a name for who they are trying to reach.  Not sure what they are up to.

We have been getting get this recorded call "in regard to a debt" every day for many weeks. Happily we DON'T HAVE A DEBT, so who knows what these people are up to!

Got a call from this outfit.  Well, 5 calls.  

They are legit.  They collect bad debt.  But I suspect they are VERY high pressure.  

In my case, I had a certain phone number.  I moved and got a new phone number.  The person who then had my old number had it 'unlisted'.  A member of that family is now subject to collection.  

They call me because he used the number when it 'unlisted' as his home reference.  However, directory listings show the number to me and then to a new number.  So they call ME.  Never realizing that the my number changed a few years before the old number was used by this person.  

So...  I get calls for this individual.  This happens like clockwork.  Every year or so, I get the calls, I bi***, they find the guy, they make noise, he makes a few payments, then defaults.  Then I get calls again...

Round and round

Called my cell, left mess. that they are trying to collect a debt and left this 800#. My call ID said 603-6966 with no area code. From the other posts, sounds like phising to me!

Two of my co workers returned calls and were quickly asked for identifying information, but refused to provide it. The rep on other end refused to provide detailed info about the "debt".
