I beg to differ...this "agency" is extremely rude and nasty.  I am unsure how Glenn Associates remains in business.   I had an encounter with Sue Walsh earlier this year.  Sue Walsh called my job, did NOT identify herself or her agency and stated I owed a past due balance to a bank.  I asked her to pllease refrain from calling my job and take this number off  file.  Sue Walsh threatened to have the police bring this issue to my place of employment.   I hung up.   I haven't heard from this agency since.  GLENN ASSOCIATES IS AS UNPROFESSIONAL AS THEY COME.

The representative from this company called my home looking for someone that did not live there.  When asked why they were calling he became very rude and down right nasty.

I called the number back to complain about the call and I was met with even more disrespect from the male person that answered the phone.  This company needs to be sanctioned and fined for the way they are allowed to talk to people on the phone.

I am so angry that this company is allowed to continue to practice in this manner with no regard to whom they are talking to or with.  I do not owe any debts but they way they talked to me, if I did owe a debt I would not pay it, I would sue this company for harassment..

Just got a call from Glenn a**.  The guy that called told me to address him as Mr. Harper. He would not give me his first name.  He was very rude and scary.  I was very polite and said yes sir to everything he told me to do.  I know I owe them a debt and I'm kinda scared. He said I would be showering naked with other men in jail if I don't pay him.  I'm only 19 and worried I'm going to get in trouble.  He ended up hanging up on me after he said I better send him a check.  Can someone help me?

FOR ANYONE WHO HAS RECEIVED A LETTER OR PHONE CALL FROM GLENN ASSOCIATES MID-ATLANTIC, BILL TYLER, CHERYL SMITH, OR PAUL RYAN OR SUE WALSH PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT!  This is a fraudulent company who is trying to gather your personal information by intimidating you on the phone.  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER or any other personal information!  Just simply hang up the phone.  Also inform them that you are contacting the police with their contact information and I assure you that will get them to stop calling you!  You may want to place a security alert on your credit report (90 days) to watch for any suspicious activity because they may already have some of your information.  They had my husbands social security number when they called him.  Once I told them we had called the police they will not call me back!  Go to Experian.com and place a security alert on your credit report.

Cheryl Smith is a lesbian Black Debt Collector who calls mostly women and harasses them into paying a debt they do not owe. Cheryl Smith has been charged with crimes in the past, but has gotten off scott free. Cheryl Smith should be punished by the full extent of the law. Cheryl Smith is a bad human being.

This Beverly lady keeps calling leaving mean messages.  She sounds like she is about to jump through the phone and kill me because I don't answer her calls.

I keep getting and automated call from Beverly Jackson. I just let the machine answer.

Sue Walsh, x 211 called my direct line stating that one of my staff people, she stated their name, needed to call her. I called her back, got her voice mail and left message that the entire company has been notified that this is a scam and not to respond.

To note, a person from this same number called my home over and over last year ( I did not answer because I did not recognize the number). I looked the number up on google and saw all the comments about it being a scam. When I got so tired of the constant phone calls, at all hours of the morning and into the evening, for days on end literally, I answered the phone. The lady was very rude, condenscending and I told her that I new this was a scam and to stop calling.   I have not heard back since.

I got a call from a "Beverly Jackson" as well, with a reference number. I think I do have two old pending collections for very small amounts, and ideally I'd like to pay them, but if this is a scam and has nothing to do with this then I don't think I want to deal with them.

I have been getting calls from this number for several months now... I can count on one EVERY Monday morning, and then several more random times throughout the week.  There is always a voicemail... same guy's voice saying "Hello, this is Vic.  I need you to help me resolve an important business matter.  Your reference number is blah blah blah..."

Considering this comes in on my EMPLOYER's cell phone, I'm not about to call this number back.  I have it marked as "telescam" in my contact list so that shows up on the screen whenever the call comes in.

Glen Associates is a very rude company.
I finally spoke to someone after getting automated voices and elevator music every time I picked up.

This is definitely a debt collector. I have a bill that was apparently sent to them from an account that *I* closed myself and that had a zero balance when I closed it. I have not received anything in the mail as of yet from this company and when I finally spoke to someone it is because they had the complete wrong number on it.

They are rude and take everything you say and "update your account" with only half of what you say. I will be reporting this company every where that I can. Had I received anything in the mail from them I would have been able to respond to not only them but sent proof that I dont owe on this account... But instead they started off the phone call with how can we set up payment. I said I would need proof in the mail that this is who they are because I dont want to set up a payment with a company that has had no other contact with me. I requested he mail me a letter that he is legally allowed to mail, and the man said "Ok so I will update your account with you refuse to pay". I said I didnt say that I want a letter showing who you are and exactly what account I apparently owe on. Come to find out maybe he shouldnt have had such an attitude because they didnt even have the right number.
Little do they know I had it recording once I found out who it was, and they did handle my phone call illegally.

Guess what Glen Associates .... big words dont scare me because I know what they mean and I know what you can legally do. Why don't you stop talking to everyone like they are low life scum and actually handle people with respect until they give you a reason not to.
OH and before you start saying that I should have already heard from them, why dont you make sure you have the correct information on someone. OK? THANKS! Learn to be civil and maybe you'd actually get more money and have a better day at work.

I'd like to see the chicken sh*ts talk to me in person like they did on the phone. They wouldn't be saying ANYTHING for several weeks. This place needs to get put out of business. All I did was call them to tell them the person they were calling for didn't live at my house anymore and to remove my phone # from their list. The jerk on the other end started getting abrasive with me and acting like I had no right to have my number removed from their list..First class losers. KEEPS CALLING HARRASSING PHONE CALLS

Their a legitimate collection agency. They are not allowed to give out your information unless they have the person they are looking for on the phone. When people default on credit cards or loans, banks hire a third party (Glenn Associates) to collect from you. You can find Glenn Associates online, as well as in person.

Bill Tyler, just cussed him out for repeatedly calling my place of business for someone who used to work here. He would call and hang up. He has done that twice today.

Received numerous recorded messages on my cell # from some Bill Tyler that he had to settle a personal business matter, asking a call back and left a reference number. He bothered me so much that I had no option but to call him back. The person on the phone was somewhat polite but named himself differently. He asked my name, phone & cell number etc., which I gave. When I asked him to connect me to Tyler, he replied let me check. After a few moments he told me, "you are clear". When I asked the name of the Agency from where he was speaking to me, he became irritated and shouted "Listen to me carefully, "This call was not for you. Have a good day" and hanged up. I think he was a good guy. He didn't tell me what he wanted from me and what his personal business was?

received a phone call from Sue Walsh from this number; immediately became combative, raising her voice, even though I was polite and low key; claims to be looking for my adult son though she has no reason to be

Not sure if it was Cheryl, but from reading the comments above, she was very rude and screaming on the phone.  Said I had an overdraft on a bank account that was closed last year.  Is she crazy?? I think she either is taking too many meds or not enough, haven't figured it out yet.

This time Cheryl was WAY out of line.. Admitted to being a fat n!gger and called me white garbage. Threatened to driver her double wide to my house and honk her horn all night.

Dumb pig Cheryl called again.  I guess she hasnt committed suicide like she promised.  She confessed to having over 50% body fat and said she wishes she was never born.  She cant find a man to touch her because she is hideous looking and smells like hot garbage.  I tried to convince her to end it all.

Greasy Cheryl called again.  This time it was actually her instead of a recording.  She admitted on my voicemail that she is undergoing gastric bipass and stomach staple to curb her obesity.  She wants me to pay my bill but meet her for lunch at Old Country Buffet to collect.  She says she likes skinny boys as well.

Ugly fat pig Cheryl called again.. I hope she chokes on a fried chicken drumstick the morbidly obese waste of humanity that she is.

Pig named Cheryl Smith calls about a personal business matter.. I know I owe them money and I will pay eventually.  My mortgage company shut down and Im getting back on my feet.  But, I know she is 300 lbs and hideous looking so I will make fun of her.  All collections employees are slobs.
