Recieved call from this number, November 9, 2007 no one left message. I called number back and was placed on permanent hold.

Continue to receive phone calls from Pharmacare - usually one week after I refill my RXs. I don't mind getting these but I have never found any good reason to get them. No messages are left and when you do talk to them, they ask for me to verify my demographics. This is a stupid service with no worthwile reason to exist.

Follow-up to my Nov 16 message, I received an email from Pharmacare stating that this call was from their call center and was something they do as a service to their customers.

Received call from this number stating that my prescription renewal was overdue and wanted to know if there was a problem. The caller stated that she was with Pharmacare. She asked for my birth date, which I refused to give. I have contacted Pharmacare to see if this was a legitimate call

I got a call from this number on Oct. 5th (2007). I happened to be home, and even though I didn't recognize the number I answered. The person on the other end seemed almost surprised that anyone answered, and then stammered out something about being with an insurance company of some type, and to let us know if we had "any prescriptions that needed to be filled to just call the pharmacy."
I thought this was a very odd call if it is indeed legitimate; if not I'm not sure what they were up to. They didn't try to sell anything, or provide any other call to action...just to call the pharmacy when we needed any refills. Probably the strangest, most suspicious phone call I've had in a long time.
