I got a call from "Dan Henderson". He is not a debt collector, don't be passive. He is with the Fruad and Concealment section; special investigations unit. He came to my house with the a Sheriff Deputy holding a "writ of replevin". "Concealment of collateral" is real. Look it up for yourself, don't believe me.

Caller purports to be 'Dan Henderson', an "Investigator", but is really a debt collector. Is harrassing and has broken several of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act laws. Report to the FTC and your State's Attorney General Office
