If they call you more than 3 times a day its considered harass ment I was in finance and happen to know this. I hate td auto finance with a passion.

I get 5-6 calls per days from this number, never leaves a message.  I don't answer  numbers I don't know and this number is now blocked. Sure would be nice if they could catch these abusers!

This is from TD Auto Finance, which I verified by calling the number back. They call after a missed payment. The trouble is that they call, but no one is there to respond when I pick up the phone. That is so annoying.

I am listing it as a debt collector, but they are just a finance company.

They keep calling my cell and leaving messages telling to call them back. I don't have ANY loans through them or any other  company.

This is a scam. TD is not affiliated with Chrysler Capital.

They are on the prowl again, this time they have the company number with the name TD Auto Finance!  They almost got my husband shot putting him on a contract with someone I don't know and who I also found out that he doesn't know.  If this itch ever call my house again I got something for her. Thank you all for putting this information on her because you just saved my husband and saved me from going to jail!!  Have a great day!!  I am going to go have me a drink and I don't even drink!!  LOL

Why would Chrysler Financial call me from 1-800-955-9096 and leave this lengthy messae with the caller saying at the end return the call...and they were taken over by td bank...is this a scam? Please let me k now what you think

I never answer the phone for numbers that I don't know or come up as unknown caller (which this call did).  They left a message on my machine.  

John Stocking called from Chrysler Financial trying to reach someone I don't know but is supposedly one of my neighbors.  Wanted me to pass the message along or call him with a correct phone number for the person they were looking for.  

John left the numbers of 1-800-955-9096 ext 5638 or 682-831-5638.

They had my last name.  Odd.  Very odd.  

I don't know this person and if I did I certainly wouldn't get in the middle of it.  What are these companies thinking??

so these jerks call up to 10x's a day. I am always 15 days late because i only get paid once a mth. I have asked them to move my pay due date to the 15 so they dont waste my time, or theirs on calling every day and of course, they cant!!! Whatever...

I really have a big problem with this number that is Chrysler Financials. I'm not over 30 days past due and always have it all caught up the following month if I'm late. Anytime i'm a  just a little late on my payment they call my number up to 9 times a day during normal business hours only leaving a message once. I have told them to please not do this (1 message is fine) because I won't answer when I'm at work and 9 times is seriously ridiculous. I have even gone so far as to update my phone number on their website to a  fake 555 number. They recently contacted my mother at her number and started asking her questions and would only say it's a personal matter. I will file a complaint immediately. Their tactics are in direct violation of the Fair Debt Collections Act. Do not take it and file your complaints or they won't stop!!!

Id liketo take Mr Bishop on a one way ride up Mr Chryslers a--.He has the nurve and the gauhl to call my nieghborw .I would rather be in my pressent condition than have a job where i had to stoop so low.To me pond scum has more of a personality you are a low lyeing scum.But they are all like Mr Bishop you see they dont even use the name that their parents gave them you can change your name every day but the shame still shows.

this number belongs to chrysler financial.They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with .They do not listen to anything you have to say.They keep saying they want a comitment on when I can make a payment.I know I am behind one payment but I have never cheated them out of any money and dont intend to.I have been unemployed since Nov. of 2009and have been trying to find work.I have depleted my savings to make my payments.As far as Im concerned chrysler financial can take a flying leap off a tall cliff and I will never use them to buy another auto.They say they will keep calling me ten or fifteen times a day.They say they cannot allow me to continue to drive a car that I dont make payments on.But I havnt miss a payment yet and Ive paid them late charges when I do pay late so how are they out anything.I wish that each one that calls me will someday be in my situation then they will have to talk to someone like themself.

Got a message on my parents phone asking me to call a "Ms. Monroe" back at the above number with the extension of 5213.  Called it back, no option for extension calls, only an automated system, was eventually bounced to a live person by the name of "Kevin" who, after identifying who I was, had no idea why I was being called.  The number is answered as being Chrysler Financial, which is wierd cause I own a Ford free and clear.

caller called from number 704-707-3148 at 1:pm on Sat. said to call 800-955-9096, that Ms. Geames had a special offer, to call as soon as possible. I own a Ford.

message states "this is ms. natalie and I need you to call me today at 800 955 9096". Its Chrysler Financial and for three months I have been trying to set up my payment account online through their website and have had no luck. So my only choice is to pay the 12.95 fee to pay them over the phone... which I did the last two months. Now I have had it and I will be mailing a check...

the name of people at this number, it sounds like a Ms.Hixen calling from chryler saying person gave me as a reference, which is a lie. I don't appreciate the phone call and I want my name and number removed from calling list. I don't know how she got my name.This lady had my complete birth name. I guess she is calling everyone with the same name or a name that sounds the same. If I get another call I will contact my attorney.

I received a phone call on my cell from unidentified caller, I did not answer, i then received a text message, so I called 800-955-9096 back.  It is Chrysler Financial.  I do not have a vehicle financed by Chrysler.  I asked the man with a very heavy accent, he said he is in India.

1-800-955-9096 and 1-405-455-5794 and 1-954-337-1448 have been calling when we are not home and hang up. 1-800-955-9096 called this evening at dinner time and asked for a name and said it was personal and would not tell me what the call pertained to just needed to talk to the person and left a message to call Mr. Torres at the 1-800 #. I promptly hung up.

It's completely bogus since my cousin is happy at her job. Besides, why would they call me just to have HER call some 800 number?

This is the Chrysler Financial, and I guess because they are going out of business they have decided to harrass anyone they can get a hold of.  I have spoke to a rep, a supervisor, and another rep and they are still calling for someone i have no idea who they are.  I work in the collections field and this is harrassing phone calls and to anyone who is continually getting them I would ask that you call the FCC and report them the more people that do that, will bring attention to this harrassing company.

I have gotten two calls from this number - one harassing, aggressive  male asking to speak to someone I don't know (and I've had my phone number for 4+ years).  He insisted that he  go ta call from my phone last week (lie)  and asked me to idetfy myself, which I refused to do and  hugn up.

Calls asking for a family member. Very urgent and demanding. Started in June with a guy named Derrick who left a company name I couldn't understand. I called him back and he wouldn't give me any information about what it was regarding. A couple of weeks later he called back stating he was with Chrysler Financial. All days of the week at all times of day.
The first time he left a number it was from Denton, TX. After that it has been an 800 number. 800-955-9096 Ext. 5931.
I also contacted Chrysler Corporation's Financial department and they have no record of anyone in their company trying to contact me.
This week a woman has been calling with the same story. They call 4-5 times a week.

Received a call asking for information on a neighbor(then gave their names). Said the phone number they had was disconnected and since we live somewhat near them, could we assist her in finding them. Phone call left was on voicemail, they did not know or use our names and our phone number is actually private and unlisted. Caller was asking for a return a call to Sandra Henson from "something" Financial(could not understand)- 1-800-955-9096, ext. 5496.
This type of "call" violates two separate privacy and civil laws.  First, it is against the Fair Debt Collections Act to call ANYONE else - friend, relative, employer or otherwise to obtain information on a person or their where abouts.  Secondly, a complaint and civil lawsuit can be filed in the state the call was made from and the state the call was received.  To do this - contact the states Attorney General to file and log a complaint.  Each offense is $1000 and up depending upon the type of violation.
Do not give out information on yourself or anyone when these people call - it is a privacy violation and against the law.  Do your neighbors, friends and relatives a favor - do NOT give out information - file a complaint.
