Those moth******ers got me charged for 4 months and I just now noticed it.

Just got me for $50. I work for State Farm and this is not what any account numbers look like. Had to cancel my card. Big pain.

Here it is Oct 2013 and these people are still at it. They got my recently widowed 80 yr old mother with their scam yesterday.

A woman called my 80 yr old mother, said she was with State Farm and that her (Mom's) debit card was expired. Thank goodness mom called me this morning. I took her to her bank; the charge showed up as a $36 monthly recurring payment plan from State Farm with the phone # 800-956-6310. We canceled her debit card  and filed a fraud report. Then I called her local State Farm agent to report it. Dad had the car insurance paid through Jan 2014.

I hope someone catches these thieves soon.

They just got me today for $71.73.  I am a State Farm customer, but they informed me that it was fraud.  BOA gave me 877-366-1121 as fraud claims #, but I can't call until the payment is processed.  They had it set up as monthly recurring payment!!

Yesterday, I had this charge $323.41 on my checking account. Called my bank, B of A to file a report. Since it is still under processing, they can't file a report.

This scam is still happening (May 2013). Same phone number was listed on the bogus charge (800-956-6310). Just found $90 charged to my checking account. I can't believe they still haven't caught/stopped  these jerks.

This is a total scam!!  My daughter had over $900 deducted from her checking acct. via her debit card!  This is NOT a State Farm payment.

Yes it happened to me today. 331.00 coming out of my account.  It's bogus....someone is debiting it.

I work in a State Farm office and we have a client that has called in irate because we charged him $88.34 on a credit card that we do not have linked with his payment plan. I called the 800 number myself and it is definately a scam of some sort. This is making State Farm look as though we are taking money from people's accounts.

Just saw a pending charge hit my account for $12.50 for State Farm Ins.  with this number.  I don't have a policy with state farm.  Already called the bank to cancel the card that was used and file a report.

I have a debit onto my debit card listing state farm insurance......this is a fraud.....state farm knows nothing regarding this matter...replaced the card today....

Yes I had the same thing happened with this number saying it;s a charge from State farm but they said this is NOT their number and should be reported as fraudulent charges. In fact it's happened every month I get the statement and nobody seems to be able to stop it? Should I cancel my card? They reimbursed me for the last one but this is getting scary.

This is State Farm Payment Plan. The number is a clue, in that if the charge is not valid, it gives the client/non-client a good starting point. Hope that clears up for all who question the charge.

It just happend to my tooooooo. July 15, 2010 they took 220.00 from my checking account ....

I had a charge show up on my bank statement and the # is on there also with an 8 digit code that my bank said may be a policy #. I call the # and it says to inquire about a charge on your credit card, to call your local agent. I don't have State Farm Insurance!!!  Did anyone have any luck with finding about the fraud????

"it is not a valid State Farm phone number per State Farm.

Same situation as John (08/05/2008) I am a Statefarm insured, however my Statefarm agent does not know a anything that particular transaction. It appears to be Fraud!

This number, 800-956-6310 appears on my bank statement with a debit to my checking account.  I call the number and it says it is State Farm and to check with my agent if I have a billing question.  I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH STATE FARM!  Anyone else seen this?

have members getting this number and transactions from this number with no possible way to retreive funds from state farm.
all members report NOT being customers with NO products or services from state farm.
Our credit union is in colorado

yes i had a debit on my bank statement for 476 dollars from state farm ?  never had state farm and did not authorize

yes here in sc, I have just gotten my statement and seen this.  Also I have a charge on credit card from Orlando for 800

This phone # appeared on my checking account with a check card debit to my account for State Farm. I do not have State Farm Insurance. I googled this phone # and came up with similar stories from different people beginning in Aug 08.
Anyone else had this happen or receive phone calls?
