Gagnon came back to the new westboro office and he kept clashing with Princess Cindy..she eventually canned him so i guess that's karma as i'm a firm believer of what goes around comes around.Princess Cindy is no 50% of the company and everyone who is still there is job hunting. and Gags is now working at Delta in Chelsea as a trainer.. and it does feel great not to have to work at that miserable dead end job anymore

Your attempts to contact a non debtor are in violation of all Fair Credit and Collection, Banking and Consumer Protection Laws.  Continued harassment will lead to formal charges.

Its funny for the past few years Associated credit has been getting rid of their veterans some have been there over 20 years and even have worked at the old Elm St. Worcester office.... What is interesting is there is 1 veteran left still working there who happens to be Jewish just like the owners. This collector is not even good either he is one of those people who can't collect but needs to fish for call in payments that are open rather than is his queue. And Mickey D's is one step up from ACS. I noticed on the other site "who calls me" a post of how ACS is being sued for harrassing a pregnant woman causing her to go into pre mature labor. The article was in the Boston and Worcester papers. Does anyone know a fax or a email we can get this to TD bank collections/recovery department ? The woman's name is Nina Scott from grafton ma.

I used work in Hopkinton and now work with 4 other fellow former ACS employees and we like to read these posts to see how this company is doing these days. Anything we can do to get TD Bank to can them please let us know because we all hate them as well and let the the debtors they harass know who come to these sites as well. I still have 7 friends who also used to work there I keep in touch with and I don't mean facebook friends and I and most of them left on our own as we were driven out and we would like to see nothing more than Cindy and Andy unemployed. 2013 ACS LOSES TD BANK MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!!!

SO WHAT THIS SHADY COMPANY DID, WAS THEY STOP TRANSFERRING CALLS, INSTEAD WHENEVER A DEBTOR CALLED IN, THE COLLECTOR WORKING THE ACCOUNT WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE CALL IN THE DESK WHERE THE CALL FROM, WHY? Keep in mind nobody in that company likes Ms. princess there and I mean nobody!  not even her 4 goons Brady,Boat,Fournier and Vieira they hate her just as much as anyone else there but they know they will never make that kind of bank or get away the s*** that they do there anywhere else. Even the support and client service staff strongly dislikes her as well. I know a major client they lost in the last 2 years was because a former employee of theirs was very instrumental in them losing a good client they had for years because ACS underestimates their help as just a # and a robot. they will continue to shrink for the next few years and the smart ones will get out of coarse as the metro west has a decent economy and if you go to www.indeed.com there are a good # of collection jobs with better benefits and opportunities for growth unlike the miserable environment at ACS. And one more thing Miss Princess if your reading this everyone there knows you are manic depressive with ADHD and laughs at you behind your back. You will never get any respect as no one respects you either.

I personally worked for this company for more than 3 years, and to be completely honest this company is the most unprofessional company I know. The people that I work there still know it is too. That's one of the main reasons why they lost wells fargo as a client. Most of the calls of this agency are not even recorded even though the collectors say they are in the mini miranda in each call, the reason why is because the CUBS computer system they use is terrible. But of course Mr. Andy doesnt think they need to fix that problem because that would cost more money and more people suing the company because they would have a recording for evidence. This company will not last long, that's why they closed one of the two offices already, located in lowell and are now located in westborough only. Ms. princess is not qualified to be running the office, she's only there because her father is part owner. But i guess as long as she continues to hand over hot accounts to Fran, everything will be okay

After 10 years I am retiring from collections. I worked for Valentine, CCS, and CCA and ACS. and ACS was definitely the worst and most unprofessional company I've worked at in my life and. I'm now a credit analyst at a good company with good pay. I heard Dane Valasunas was fired recently which is long over due. he was nothing but a backstabbing little punk and the news made my day. Now Dane is out of work like a lot of the debtors and with his criminal history,and credit he'll be lucky if he gets a job at Burger King. Its about time most companies run background checks on people. ACS also needs to get rid of Bobby Vieira $1,200.00 per week + bonus I don't have to tell you he does not deserve it. That position should have been eliminated as well. And Andy if your reading this what you need to do is hire an efficiency expert because you have so many people there that you don't really need and throw more money away than any business owner I know

I was contacted by these people in reference to my sister who is in a completely different state. They have her phone number, but contacted me and said it would serve as a notification (on the answer machine). I called and this rude person Ashley Ingram hung up on me twice after I asked to speak to her supervisor. She asked why and said she was the supervisor, so I asked to speak to her boss, she refused to let me speak to her boss. Each time I called back, she answered and would refuse to let me speak to any one else. I asked her to call the so called agent who contacted me and have them call me. She said they work out in the field and could have them come to my house.  She then asked rudely, "do you want me to remove your number?" Really? This is the most rude person I have ever dealt with on the phone. I cannot find any phone numbers other than the one that was provided 888-204-1718. I asked how she got my number, she said from a FBI search that showed I was her sister, really, there 8 other sisters. Ashley Ingram definitely should be fired or seriously retrained if this is a legit business.
