I recieved the same call but thought that he said phone number 800-564-5689.  No name is left on the machine to indicate who the call is for or what it pertains to besides debt.

calls telling me i have a debt they are trying to collect.  when i call 'jim smart' back using this 800 # they want to charge me $5 or so to give me another # to reach them....scam.
