I received a call today from 800-968-2298 and they did not leave a message.  I called back and they said they were Right Source and they need information to follow the new Medicare rules so that I could approve a script that I ordered.  .....  Something very fishy ......   I don't have a script pending with Right Source. ....  They went on to ask for more information.  I told them no thanks and I would approve the script on line. ......  I called Right Source and they said they did not call me.  I gave the number to them to investigate.  ....     THIS IS A SCAM ... If they call you tell them you will approve yoiur order online.

I am a RightSource customer since 1/1/14. At the beginning of April, I reordered my meds and received them by mail quickly, the bottles are dated 4/6/124.
On 4/15, I got a phone call from the 968-2298 number asking me to confirm the order which I did not do because I had already received it. After reading the comment on this number, I called it and got a recording that RightSource was obligated to confirm every order in line with the new Medicare rules. After the initial recording, there was an option to talk to a CSR which I chose and I did get a live person identifying herself with her first name.
I did not go any further from there and immediately called the RightSource primary # 378-0092. The CSR checked my records based on my name and confirmed my postal address as well as the date of the phone call I had received on 4/15, he also confirmed that this is a number RightSource uses for order confirmations since the beginning of the year. When I asked him why they were calling a week after I had already received the meds, he said that they were in the process of correcting these glitches.
It is quite possible that this number at some point was used by scammers but it appears that it is a legitimate RightSource number at this time.

had a message to call back that number for my prescription.  since my refills are coming due, I called.  He asked me for some personal info (not SS#), gave it to him without hesitation.  afterward I did call Humana Right Source, the number on the prescription bottle, and told her what happened.  she said that as of Jan. 1st they have a thing where they call for some sort of verification for future prescriptions.  She didn't know the number they'd be calling from.  The info that the woman at the real Right Source asked me, was the identical info the man from the 968-2298 number.  I also looked up the caller ID from yesterday and yes, it's the regular Humana Right Source number.  they also called back tonight, am going to find out what's going on, but the # they call from is indeed the number I call for refilling prescriptions.  I'm satisfied at this point that they're legitimate and I'm not going to worry about it anymore.  Will call the new number from tonights call tomorrow and talk to them and let them know that they're freaking people out!

Just got a call from 1-800-968-2298. They said that it is Right Source calling and  they need to verify my birth date and the right to reorder medications from a doctor without checking with me.
I called Right Source at  1 800 379 0092 and was told that they never heard of this phone number.
I called the 800-968-2298 back , I had a live person who asked me to give her my date of birth and ID # with Humana etc. I told her that I checked them  out and that they are NOT who they say they are. That they are a scam and that i am going to report them.

I wonder if they can be stopped  before more people get hurt,

This is NOT Right Source.  I just talked to them at their toll free number 1-800-379-0092.  They track every call they make to their customers.  The last call they placed to me was in January.  This is a scam.  Do not give them any info.

Got the call today. DH didn't answer since it said "Toll Free Call" Number 1. When Right Source does call, it say's Right Source on the caller ID, not toll free!   Number 2, they do not ask for SSI number either.  Number 3, the only time they call is when its time to renew or they need a new prescription sent out to them. Number 4 the real Right source already has your info on file, they would not need it.  This is a phishing scam to get your info..

This is right source mail order for perscriptions. They left a message & I returned there call. The only asked for name and ID # not a SS #. Had they asked for that info I would have told them to check their records as they already have it.

Went to voicemail.  Caller was recorded message stating they were RightSource Pharmacy and requesting I call back.  My mother uses RightSource.  Had my mother callback number and told her the number was probably a scam.  The person answering the call began asking her for identifying info which she stated RightSource would never ask for.  Person answering phone stated she was in Utah.  She then called RightSource and was informed 800-968-2298 is not one of their numbers and they do no have a call center in Utah.  BASED ON ALL OF THIS, THIS NUMBER IS A SCAM.

Called today at 5:00pm. If I don't recognize a number, I don't answer, and do not return call unless a legitimate return message is left. I use Right Source, and this number seems similar to the one they use to confirm shipping address for Rx's.  The difference is caller ID shows this numbers to be Toll Free Call.  The legitimate number says Right Source.  I was confused and almost answered.  By the time I tried, they had disconnected, I'm sure to avoid the answering machine.

We got one of these same scam calls but from a DIFFERENT NUMBER:
1 800 379 0092

We use RightSource but we never pay them with a credit card. It was a
robocall, and when it got as far as asking what type of credit card we
use pay them, we hung up.

Obviously RightSource has lost its data to the scammers because they
know the name and phone numbers of the RightSource customers.

It is someone that says it is Right Source Pharmacy. I use this mail order pharmacy. But they never ask for my social security number. So I didn't give it to them. They always ask for name. I'd number. Address. Zip code whenever you call them. This number asked for my S. S. Number so I hung up. I wonder if it is a scam. Phishing for my info. Its not the number that always calls me. Beware. Don't give them your S. S. Number. Right Source dose not ask for it.

THIS IS A SCAM! I called Rightsource RX as my very 1st order was placed on 1/31 and I started getting calls on the 3rd. They will NEVER ask for social on phone especially when they initiate a call. These people are scammers trying to steal your info. Call Rightsource RX at 800-379-0092 to confirm your order and payment status. Do NOT EVER call this 800-968-2292 as you will not be speaking with Rightsource.

Event Reminder
It is the RightSource Pharmacy!  Sheesh, the way others have written on this number,  people would think otherwise.

I called at 9:17 PM on a Saturday and got verbal list of options. I chose "Order Status" and immediately heard a processing date I was already aware of.  I carried this experiment through to see if the Rx number read to me was the same on my mother's online account, and it was a match!

And yes, I too was unaware of this particular number but cannot dispute the matching date and Rx number.  That being said, I would not give an SSN or credit card over the phone, just as a matter of policy.

This number went to my voice mail.  The "message" that was left was hilariously made by someone who did not know they had gotten a voice mail.  They only kept saying, "hello, hello, hello" as though they thought some one had actually answered the phone.   I have not called this number back, but in reading the other comments, I do know whether this is or is not a scam, but this is not one of the numbers I have for the Right Source Pharmacy service.  It is a mail order prescription supplier, owned by or used by, HUMANA.  By chance, through my Medicare Advantage plan, I just signed up for their service yesterday.  It is puzzling as to why one of their representatives would be so unprofessional that they would not know a voice mail message when they heard it.  This is all I know, I presume they will call back if it is legitimate.

Caller identified himself as Robert with RightSource Pharmacy verifying prescription information.  He asked only for my date of birth.  Google 800 phone numbers brought me to a page which says the number is a scam.  I think the data base of RightSource might have been compromised, since most of the posts were their customers.

The scammers are on the move!  I had the same telephone call from someone claiming to be Right Source and they needed to verify info so my "prescriptions would not be delayed". They wanted my social and date of birth and I said "no way".  She said for me to call the 800-968-2298 number to give them the information so I could get my prescriptions.  I googled the number instead....it's a scam.
