They called my business today, left me a voice mail WITH the gentleman's name asking me to call back because he was checking the expiration date of our current agreements.  Needless to say, I am not returning the call.

They are a Telemarketing Co.

Got a call from them this morning at my store stating they were my electric co and have a reduced rate for me. Not my electric co.

Received AM call from annapolis, MD; I said, 'give me 10 minutes.'  (I live in MD so OK so far.)  1st call-back from Annapolis, i wasn't home yet.  Wanted me to fax energy bill for savings...  I've been asking around.  People are saving w/these 3rd parties; was considering it.  2nd call-back came from phoenix arizona.  I asked, why does caller ID say this is from arizona?  Nice gal said, our company is actually located in Tampa, Florida...  Sorry, just not comfortable talking personal info  w/such a zigzig trail.

Caller asking about what energy provider we use. Told them it was not their business to know. Hung up.

Direct Energy?  So why would they be calling my business phone?  My business does not have an "energy" account with anyone!  Office in home!  So it is "cold" calling by telemarketers, once again violating the Federal Do Not Call Law!  MORONS!  No big deal.  I just reported them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) for this violation.  Enough of us report them, the FEDS will go after them! Fine them a hefty fine and possibily take it to the next level of conviction if they continue to violate the law.  Wise up people.  REPORT THESE JERKS!
