They claim that I havw unclaim money.

My elderly parents just received a call from this number saying the same thing...a recording saying "This is Bank of America and we have a check for you for $310,000 and you just need to pay $1100 (or something like that) to pay the taxes on it." (First of all, when did taxes get so cheap?).  They hung up....but then decided to call the number back.  The phone is answered as Bank of America and has call choices that make it sound legit.  My dad asked the guy if this was a scam and he said 'No, it's not. We have a check for you for $310,000, you must have won Publisher's Clearing House or something". My dad said "oh, I'll go check into this at my bank tomorrow then."  and the guy hung up. Good thing my parents are sharp.  They admitted that for a minute they thought it may be true because they do send in entries to Publisher's Clearing House a lot...and they thought they could give us a nice Christmas...but it's a scam (Rats!  I could have used a nice Christmas!)

This is horrible.  I don't know if anyone else above is elderly, but some people at that age may be a little too trusting or not hearing too well and fall for this!  Bank of America needs to track down whoever is misrepresenting them and stop this.

Obviously a scam.  Got the recorded message about the BOA certified check and the number to call back and claim the $300K.  I did not call back and  now I am sure I am 300 grand poorer

800-979-5450 called with an (obvisious) auto voice saying that to receive the amount of $310,000.00  
I had to pay the .05% taxes and duty fees equalling $1550.83 and to please call the number.  No names, nothing.
My son suggested I goggle it, glad I did and have such a smart son.  I say take it out of the
$310.000.00 and send me the rest!!  Yeah, cold day in you know where before that happens.

Hey, whoever you are, GET A REAL JOB LIKE THE REST OF US HARD WORKING SMUCKS!!

They actually are FRAUD. Please don't give out any personal information. The claim to be calling from my bank. They have been reported.

800-979-5450 a machine voice claimed that I had som large  check waiting me and if i sent money for processing I would be given this huge amount of money a total scam block the call done with that !

Its an obvious scan, did they offer you a check for 310,000. for 0.05 payment of taxes and duties?
