The address is the same on an letter sent to me with these people's company name. There is no signature on the letter and the phone number is different (877-278-5297). On the internet that number won't come up and BBB doesn't have a listing for it and I couldn't get any information on the address either. They are a collection agency that I've spoken to on the phone with and I couldn't understand the woman who sounded Spanish or whatever the dialect was. She was very rude when I talked to her and said I didn't want to pay my bill, that I was a deadbeat. All I said was I didn't have $81.00 to pay, that all I had left was $30.00 that I could send. She went off the line for a few minutes after telling me she had to talk to her supervisor, who was who came back online and identified herself as the supervisor. She sounded exactly like the same person I was talking to and said that she could help me if I could pay $128.00 to get the account out of collections quicker. I told her if I couldn't pay $81.00 and offered her $30.00, what made her think $128.00 was helping? This took her by surprise as she told me I didn't talk to her about this. I told her that her voice had not changed one bit and the recording I had would prove it in a court room. The phone's answering machine was on and I caught her on it. Also the phone she called me on belonged to my parents and not me with my brother answering and listening in on an extension. I informed her of this also. What do you think of this?

Someone from this number called me and when they got the answering machine, they just hung up. If I don't recognize a number in the caller id box, I don't answer it until they say something and then I decide whether to answer it or not or just let the machine take the message. These idiots just hung up. Does anyone have any ideas of how to get even with them?

Nco is trying to collect on an ancient debt... The debt that this company is trying to collect on is no longer on my credit report! I have been recieving robo calls from this company for the past 3 days, today I received a bill from them on a debt that is over 10 years old! What is wrong with these people... someone should sue them. The recording says I should call back and contact Sanjay or Danjay Patak, fat chance!!

I can count on my phone ringing every day, (even holidays) between 4 and 6 with calls from this, or one of their other numbers.  They ask for various people associated with this phone number and inform of pending law suit, etc. They even get nasty!  They don't take NO for an answer.

Well what or who ever this they have even trying to call on Sundays and i was all ways told that they can do this! Well i guess they are exempt from this law! After looking up this number i see that it is this company and find it is N C O . And i guess that if they continue this i am go to sue there there a**!

Calls at least three times a day. Everytime I pick up, it says GOODBYE. I don't get it. :O

Automated dialer with recorded message,
if you are stupid enough to answer the phone.
(I never do when it is an 800 number.)

Use Call Blocking,
although you can count on them to just use another number to call you.

I have a Personal Caller ID that will not allow my phone to ring if the caller is not identified.  However caller can leave a message.

Caller ID is listed as "Out of Area"

I have received "Out of Area" calls for months now and caller has never left a message until today.

Message stated to call 1-800-979-6560 and ask for a Bill Decker.  An ID number was also stated.

I do not answer any calls or callers I do not recognize and I am certainly not going to call this number and start a dialogue with an unknown.

If you have a fax machine let it answer it it works as well as blowing a whistle into the phone. They may not stop but, won't call as frequently.

Got a call from this number, was told it was a collection agency but did not give a name of debtor. Message said to call this number and talk to a Danjay or Sanjay Patak... Received a bill from NCO Financial Systems on an expired debt (over 8 years old),  what a scam! Doesn't this company work within the already establish collection laws? They must be buying these expired debts for next to nothing. Somebody should sue them!!!

If you have a land line, then you can buy a great device that will block ANY numbers you want. I block ALL calls, except those in my area code.  Then open up the one's that are ligit.  Costs $100 but worth every penny.

These companies are the scum of the earth, and they will never stop calling unless they never receive an answer.  This device has a feature that never rings my phone, but they hear 5 rings then nothing. It works great.  You can see who has called and have option to let them through next time if they are valid caller.

I would like to know how to forward these 800-979-6560 calls to the State Attorney General's office when they call.If any one out there knows how to do this send me info.cwgone@gmail.com

These guys have been calling us for months, which is why I finally googled the number and find this.  We told them a while back no one was here by that name, and they quit calling for a while, but now they are back to calling again.

It doesnt matter if its a landline or cell. They are calling my cell number. Different numbers but same company. All hours of day and nite. Even on sundays as I just got a call from them a few mins ago.

Called my unlisted cell number.  I have pristine credit.  NO DEBT.  Left computerized message on my voicemail.  I deleted it.

comes across my fax machine. who ever they are, they call several times a month.  but i know it is a bs call because it comes to my fax machine.  no name, just says tollfree number and gives the number 800-979-6560

I have began to received phone calls from these individuals as well, all creditor know to contact my lawyer for all outstanding debt. If they have a problem with me filing bankruptcy-that's their business, you cannot squeeze blood from a turnip or get chittlings to change there colors, so why try to use scare tatic when they don't work.

I just got the same thing. If this is in fact NCO Financial, they call at least once a day, if not more...
