Got a call from these people today claiming to be from Windows Technical Services and claiming that they have received several error reports direct from my computer that they want to help me fix. Said my virus software is creating the problem and so I should download some software so that they can access my laptop and help me fix the problems.  Told them I didn't know who they were and wanted to verify their ID before doing anything. Arun said he is from 24/7 PC Tech and to call him back when I was ready to proceed. I believe this is a scam. Anyone else know who they are?
