I received an email telling me they were aggressively taking on major lenders and needed clients that had evidence they were abused by bad banking processes in the HAMP, HOPE, or Home Loan Modification Process.
I called this firm and was told they were an ottorney firm.
These people were very rude and told me that unless I had a current loan mortgage they were not intersted in helping; in fact a person named Patricia who took my call claimed that she had another call an could not talk to me.
That is contrary to their request.
These people are a scam refianance company and not an attorney firm. They are trying to get hurt home owners to refinance.
