I finally got through to this number. It is an automated customer survey sent by Citi-Financial Ltd. If you are lucky enough to stay connected there are about 15 quick and simple questions to answer. Following the survey there is the option to have your phone number removed from their call list, so i reccommend finishing the survey and then opting for no further call backs. Have had no problems from this number since.

Who does this number belong to, keeps calling I blocked it put it on do not call list, what next. I WANT THIS NUMBER TO STOP CALLING ME.

they wont stop calling!! when i answer they hang.up and it wont allow me to call it back.

received a call from this number and they hang up when you say hello. When I tried to call back there is no ring tone. This is very annoying to me.

I just got the same thing and on my cell phone which I just registered on the do not call list!!! Not cool.

I got this call also and there was not response.  Does anyone know what this is for??

Just show this number on my cell - when I called it back there was no answer, not even dial tones, just a click.
