Got a fax called and asked who was their insurance carrier they said American Medical and hung up.  Googled American Medical...surprise, surprise no listing.

Unwanted fax from 800-991-6512 offering health care.  Same as others listed here.

Same fax I received, I called the contact number to be removed and they simply hung up on me.

Unwanted fax from 800-991-6512, offering health care.  At the bottom of the page it states, "You are receiving this fax because of a recent inquiry regarding health benefits".  BS.
