After reading all messages, It looks like these people are calling EVERYONE.  They may have bought a lost of old debts and not checked to see if they are already taken care of, or they may just be a total SCAM! They may be as bad as those card-services people who call almost continually, and whom I am ready to sue.  We need to do all we can to stop telephone harrassment.

Called back from a blocked number just to see what's up... Apparently I won a Bahamas Vacation even though the voice mail said it was a collection call. I'm guessing it's marketing bunk just to get you to call.

this is a bill collector in massachusetts.  Credit Collection Services. It is not a private investigator.

800-998-5000 belongs to Credit Collection Services in Newton, MA.  Their address is The CCS Companies, Two Wells Avenue, Newton MA 02549.  I suggest writing them a cease and desist letter to stop the calls.

Multiple recorded messages from this number who state they are "warning notice.com". They also state my phone number as "05047489639"...yes 11 digits long.

These guys are total scam artists.  They left me a message for me, but used my mother's first name and my married last name.  I'm thinking identity thieves.

Hey-let me enlighten you about something-legitimate companies DO NOT call and leave garbled messages directing you to call another number in which you receive another garbled message. They state their business up front and you actually speak to a live human being. This company is well documented as having numerous consumer complaints, so please dear, do your research before you post such an ignorant response. Oops! Your stupidity is showing...

It's a collection agency for Progressive Insurance Company.  They are relentless sons of bi****s.  I cancelled my insurance because they raised the premiums and they billed me anyway and are trying to collect from me.  What a bunch of morons!  Don't use Progressive, they will give you a cheap price to get you on board and then raise it so high it's ridiculous.

I get these calls on a call center line and I have never gave anyone this number as it is only used for incoming call center calls for work thats the only people that have this number and I keep getting this number listed above calling me about unpaid debts and collection actions. I just talked with a lady could not understand her name and told her to take this number off her list or put me on DO NOT CALL LIST

Got a message and told to call 8009985000 with a 11 digit reference number. First of all I know I don't owe anybody. What is next in the scams? I did not call back and will not. Did not say the name of company they are representing.

If you log in and enetr your 12 digit number, they now can prove you were "served" or notified.
Most of these companies buy debits and try to collect.

I've been getting these calls too, not sure who they are. I went to their website warningnotice.com and enftered their numbers and found out who was wanting to collect from me. contacted the creditor myself and resolved it with correct information about my insurance. They. were billing the wrong insurance and that insurance didn't exist they were holding me respondsible for it all. I got it corrected and I feel better.

I just got a call from an automated machine sayin its a credit collexctions and I have no idea who it is and y they r calling.

Had a call today from this firm. Automated voice, no name of debtor given, phone number and long account number,  the website was flagged by firefox as a phishing site.

I received a call from this number stating that I should look up a file number on a website www.warningnotice.com.  No other information.  I wanted to report this since it's supposedly from a credit collection company but appeared not to be legitimate.
