If you get a call from Medexpert, there is a 99% chance it is NOT a sales call. Odds are, you are already a member and have their service through your employer, insurance, or a government agency. It's just a medical information hotline. You call them if you have medical questions. They will not assist you unless you are already a member.

I get calls from this number several times a week. I work 11+ hour days and I am very busy so I never answer them. I answered once and waited for a person to speak, all I said was take me off your calling list and then I hung up. However, I still receive calls from whoever the fark these people are.

i get called by them about once or twice a week and they put you on hold with music then asked to speak to me by saying my name and hung up.

it called, then only played music... like I was on hold
