they called and didn't leave a message... that would be normal courtesy if you have nothing to hide, and if you are professional.  but now i can understand - its comcast and how can you expect decent customer service from comcast. they think they are the bosses and treat customers like Sh*t. this company is their perfect match.

Rude guy on the phone telling me to return the modem, chill dude I will return it this weekend, I don't need your stupid cable box, I just cancelled my service last week, I don't have time during the week. He was telling me "alright, just return it, we have to move on, bye bye" , really f****ng rude man, Comcast needs to pay attention to these f****rs, they might not represent Comcast but some people might take it personally.

You can't do anything to stop them. I turned in my equipment five years ago and they are still calling me. They refuse to stop. I asked for their mailing address so I could put the request in writing and they refused to give it to me.

Comcast trying to get their equipment returned through this, what should I call, hmmm-----psudo collection agency called Total Recovery?...  The equipment of which is now old, never was top of the line, and is completely a massive-a** hassle for me because someone took over liability for my account and I have seriously no clue where the hell this lame modem is....................................  

I don't hide my disdain for Comcast do I?  But riddle me this, is a used three year old modem really worth paying an external company to collect for of which they have no guarantee how many hours of labor they'll be paying this company for?????  How much do they think this modem is really worth?!!

you will have to find the receipt that was signed or given to you at the time of pickup or drop off and take it in so your name can be taken off of the list...

It's an asset recovery company contracted to pick up leased equipment.  Mine was for cable boxes when I cancelled the contract.

Just got a call from the number too.  Didn't answer - didn't know who it was.  Looked it up and found the Chinese Restaurant and this sight.  Weird.

I look this number up, and it says it belongs to a chinese restaurant in utah, then it states that it belongs to this jank right on here. crc? wtf? next time these people call, i will answer and say no hablas espanol
