Just saw a debt on my account and it said Progressive Rentpayments turns out it was this company debiting for my cell phone payment. Not my service but the actual phone payment.

It's a company called Progressive Finance. They are not nessessarily a collection. They are a loan company for various retail stores such as furniture. They are a no credit check company. They will become collections if you don't pay them.
