As a general rule, if I don't recognize a number, and if no name appears on my caller ID, I don't answer the call.  If the caller really wants to talk to me, s/he will leave me a message.  Rarely --- in fact, almost NEVER --- do any of these 801 callers leave a message.

Yeah they are. i actually picked up in time, it from a "work from home" thing I signed up for. I tried for a couple days and I didn't think it was for me, So I called them and had them refund my money, as PROMISED in their guarentee or however thats spelled. I think they did refund the money and then a month or so later, this guys RYAN calls and asked if I wanted him to talk me through it. I said no, and that they called me AT WORK and that it was a bad time, and since then, they've called three times a day, EVERYDAY. I unblocked their number, so tomorrow when they call, BECAUSE I KNOW THEY WILL, they're going to get an earful from me. This is bu***hit. Does anyone know if this counts as HARASSMENT?

Yeah these people call at least three times a day. I answered once, it was a guy named ryan for that home business thing. I tried it for a while, but it wasn't for me. They guarenteed a refund so I told them I wanted to just get refunded, and they said they would. Then he calls telling me something about how he is going to walk me through it. I told them no, I wanted my god damn money back. And then added them to my reject call list. My phone still alerts me when they call though. Does anyone know if this qualifies as HARASSMENT?
