I find it ironic that you are SO pissed that you have to use all upper case letters in your reply. You don't know what kind of situation these people are in in order for someone to get behind or not be ABLE to pay their debts. And only someone of with a less than average I.Q. abbreviates because with "cuz", "YA" instead of yeah, which by the way, in your sentence structure, grammatically incorrect, "U" for you, and "UR" for your OR you're. But I am sure you don't know the difference on HOW to use your or you're do you?
If I were YOUR boss at Recovery, I would fire YOUR silly a** just for being so stupid.

This is a bogus company. The girl, Jessica, says she is with ERS. I asked her what that stood for, she says Emergency Recovery Services. There is no such company and no such website. There are similar names but not this name. She also said she got our info from QuickEvict...another no name company. I called my last rental company and they said that is bogus. In fact, we had already received our deposit back from the rental management company. She must be digging up private information on people and working it. I am reporting it.

It must be that time of year where she needs some more money from people who give their credit card over the phone because "Jessica" Called and would give no information about where she was calling from or the matter it was regarding. Asked for 3 of my family members all with miss matched names. None professional and Rude.  Don't giver her any details. She is into something no one wants to be apart of.

A girl named Jessica called and wanted me to pay an overdue fee from this summer... she said I could pay with my credit card over the phone... yeah... that's not going to work for me. I said I didn't have it with me so she said I could call her later. Not going to happen.

voice message sounded like a personal call, they left their first name and phone number 801-412-3125

They called me this morning asking for Ron ..I said wrong number ..and she goes so , you aren't Ron I said ..ma'am wrong number ..what idiot .

I got chirpy female voice saying something like, "Hi, this is Jessica! Give me a call!"

If Jessica wants calls, I'm tempted to go to menzrooms with a marker and write "for a good time, call ..." on the walls a few times!

Hey, in today's world, anyone who calls me from a non-published number & sez, "send me money," I give a quick hang-up.

Thank you this helps. I monitor all of my calls but would like to get this matter taken care of. The girl that calls me for lack of a better word is not professional that keeps calling me. Some of us actually want to stay out of debt. It would be nice to know who is calling us as wellm as what company they are representing. If I dont know who you are I will not answer nor will I make the effort to call you back only to get your V mail.

I called asked for a supervisor because the collector wouldn't identify what company she was with. I left a message for supervisor at 801-412-3125 he called back & confirmed that the company is Express Recovery. He didn't understand why his collector wouldn't say what company she is with. I have worked in collections and there is nothing under collection law that specifies that you cannot say what company you are with.  They do collections for a lot of local doctor's offices.

I recently moved and changed my phone number (PO Box is still the same), so they called my parents.  I called them to give them my new number and told them not to call my parents again.

These people are a collection agency and are known for underhanded tricks. Caller left mesdsage like the one noted in TJ's. Caller ID is blocked -- a dead giveaway it's not someone you want to talk to. They will also mail you what LOOK like official court papers but have not been filed. Express Recovery is owned by a lawyer know to be a sleaze in Salt LAke City, UT circles.
