This was a completely legitimate phone call - I had lost a bill when I moved and they were calling to collect.  Dawn was friendly and very reasonable.

I was told who I owed the money to, the exact amount, etc.

This is no scam, this is a legitimate debt collection business.

Said to call back on this number. Lied when I asked if she was trying to collect on a bill.

I got a call from this number, and even when I ask them about this they would not give me no information at all. Other than I owed money. To whom I ask and they refused to tell me.

The caller left no message.

Caller left message like she knew me but I do not know any "Donna"

number goes to Dawn at express recovery... funny how they can just tell you that you owe them money, cant give you a Dr.s name but if you don't pay it they will ruin your credit! U-N-B-E-L-I-E-V-A-B-L-E!!!
