I have received a call from this number saying I will be served and using the first 5 of my social as my case number.  The number is blocked and the message is nasty saying call Thomas Smith at 801-441-2748 but then proceeds to say contact the company filing the claim.  How would I know this information? Does not sound legit to me.

I have been threatened with a process server from a blacked number. They leave this number on the message with the first 5 numbers of my social as the case number. They do not mention a company name, just a Thomas Smith and some documents showed up on his desk.
