Got a call from them, didn't leave a voicemail. Also got a private call about 40 minutes before

It's from Comcast Orientations. They are contracted through iTOK to call Comcast members to show them their benefits in their computers. It's not fraudulent. It 's actually very helpful.

I actually work for the company that is calling from this number! We are a computer support company called Itok that does computer repair. We are also sub-contracted by Comcast to do orientations for their customers. We call to go over changes that Comcast does to their homepage and explain some of the free features that you receive with your internet service from Comcast. We do an orientation that normally takes 10 minutes and we are able to remotely connect with your computer in order to help you find the features throughout the web page. The features are free with your service and we are NOT selling anything!

I got a call from this number; left no message.
I do have Comcast cable but no internet services.

I got a call from 801.443.3165 saying it was Comcast and asking if I'd gotten any recent upgrades or installations. When I told him that yes, I did get it installed but have not used it yet, he asked me if my computer was running as fast as before and if I had an anti-virus. Then, he was going to give me a website to go on, but the call failed.

This is the message they left:

"Hi <mispronounced name>, This is Sharon with itok computer support, I was actually just calling about a... to see if you were computer still needed some help. And see if you've been able to fix that, go ahead and give us a call back at. (866)515-4865. Thanks. Have a nice day."

I don't know what this lady is talking about. We aren't having any problems with any of our computers. We have never contacted anyone about support. This is pure spam and has been marked as such in our Google Voice account.

Just got a call from this number. Whoever was calling didn't leave a message. I do have comcast, but don't know why they would be calling me.
