I too am on the do not call list. I've got a hunch it is a political call being an election year, but still. . . wish they would stop calling people on the do not call list.

I told them I am not going to donate any more money to them this year and they still keep calling... It's really annoying.

801-447-2830 calls and each time they ask for Mr "My wifes last Name". I answer, "Who is calling" and they never tell me who is calling and I never give them information. I then tell them to take me off of thier calling list, that is when they hang up. It is always the same voice with heavy breathing, like the person has to be a heavy smoker and probably does nothing but dials phone numbers and smokes. One time I got the name Mike out of him. If this is the Fraternal Order of the Police, they should hire somebody else. Not to mention in this area there was a big scam in the name of the Fraternal Order of the Police. I can contribute to thier order anytime I want by going down to the Police department and making a contribution.

I was called by them today on my business line, they wanted to talk with the business owner. I asked who they were, they said it was a community matter. I asked further what it was concerning... They got rude and swore, at which point I just hung up. If it really was the fraternal order of police, they need better etiquette on their phone calling. I have also heard about corruption in how donated funds are spent. I end up wondering why our tax dollars is not enough for the police department. They play on your sympathy because of the job they do. I get really tired of it all.
