I got a call from this agency (reneer?) They asked me to call back about a possible legal issue.

Reneer.  Extremely aggressive debt collectors ignoring the staute of limitations...they contact your workplace, do asset search, all when they can't, by law, take legal action.

I just got the same thing!  Said my phone number was registered to someone named Diane (I've had the number for 9 years) and badgered me until I gave her my first name, then hung up on me.

I got a call from this number and they claimed to be with a law firm but when I tried to look up the name no results were found. I believe this to be a collection call.
