Very rude when asked to remove me from the call list, hung up on me.

Receiving calls from this number 2-3 times a day, with no message being left.  Shows up as PCR

received this call tonight and no one was on the other end when i answered did some researching and this is what i found.  called the number 801-866-1116 and selected option 5 then told the person that answered to remove my number from their list immediately, he said he would but we will see what happens.  This is Pacific Crest Research. The specialize in polling type research. Such as political polls, market research and such. they calling to tell me my car warranty is about to expire

pioneer credit recovery is debt collections they don't have to follow the do not call list. also you can't call the id nbrs they aren't set up for return calls. they are not a scam. you owe a federal debt. you better pick up you phone before they take your tax returns.

They keep calling here, won't leave a message on the answering machine, and they hang up if we answer. Reporting them to the National Do Not Call registy as well as our state one.

Called me today on my cell phone but I didn't answer (I was with a client).  They left a blank very short message (sounds like they hung up right after the "beep").

How do we make it stop??

I KEEP GETTING these calls too..HOW DO I make it stop!

Annoying calls, nobody picks up

My caller ID gives me the name of PCR.  I have answered a couple of times to tell them I am on the Do Not Call list, but they hang up.  They call several times a day, and I am getting sick of it!  How can we report them so they are stopped, and fined!

Numerous calls received from this number. Answering machine picked up calls and no messages left. Now consider this a scam. Have put on my ignore list.

Have received several calls a day for a week or so.  They hang up on the third ring. Caller ID comes up "Unknown Caller".

I keep getting calls from this number to my cell phone, which is on a Do Not Call registry.

An alleged "Mr Richter" called and asked for my wife.  He had a heavy South Asian accent and the connection was poor.  He could not pronounce her name correctly.  When I asked what firm he was calling from, saying I was her spouse, he said it was about a "personal business matter."  Yeah, right.

When I called the number back, I got a telephone company recording saying that the number was "...disconnected or no longer in service."  They are calling several times today.  All but 1 time, no one answered.

This number called my cell phone.  When I answered, no one there.  When I called back, it went to a fast ring.

Annoying calls, but no one is there!!!

I have been receiving phone calls on my home phone for the last week or so from this number. I never pick it up because I don't answer the phone if I do not know who is calling. It is very irritating because they call all hours. If anyone finds out what they want please let me know. I imagine it is a sales call or some sort of scam.

So who do you call and complain about this?

I just got a call at 10:15 P.M. at night.  I thought that was illegal (for companies to call after nine).

Got a call last night.  I let it go to voicemail.  No message.  After reading some of these posts, I put it in my iBlackList program on my jailbroken iPhone.  No more worry about calls.  Woohoo!

got calls from this number twice in the last 2 weeks on my cell. don't know who this is.

801-618-2020 caller wanted to know if there was any female hispanics in my household between the ages of 18-35, told him no and he thanked me for my time.  Wierd call.  I'm on the Federal DNC list... I think they get by this because they weren't trying to sell me anything, they stated that they are conducting a survey, still annoying though, it's almost 9 PM here!

I've been getting phone calls from this number for two weeks now.  The most annoying thing is that it acutally leaves me a voicemail and the message is just a ringing tone.  Very annoying!

Reviewed some of the other posts and found some info that should be helpful.  If we all start calling this jerk at home every time his company calls us, he will go underground or make sure we are removed from the call lists.  If he can harass us, then turn about is fair play as far as i am concerned.  The info is:

Got a call from this number last night.  Answered and no one was there.  Caller ID only gave a number no name.  And to the person decided to be holier than thou about the calls that are exempt from the federal do not call list.  Get over yourself!  The exceptions will not be allowed when the law is re-vamped.  When we sign up not to be called we bloody well do not want any MFer we do not know or do biz with calling us PERIOD.  End of conversation.
