unwanted calls to cell phone! Calls phone every 3-4 days around 130-2pm East Coast time, never leaves message

yeah. That number has called me 3-4 times in the last week in a half. I looked online. its some number from Utah. I'm assuming its some telemarketer or something. I refuse to answer any numbers I do not reconigze. They dont leave a message, but every time they call, I am never near my phone so I miss it.
